Today, while on my patrol through Omicron Alpha, I found a rather peculiar sight. There was a Freelancer, going by the callsign Tenera and a Junker with the callsign Che.Gevara. The Identification papers of the Freelancer matched to that of a pirate[size=11]. The Freelancer was shooting the Junker who had a load of Premium grade scrap to deliver at Valetta. I ordered the Freelancer to stop shooting, but he refused. I had to intervene and shoot this Freelancer before he fled away and the Junker safely delivered the goods at Valetta. I suggest that, we increase patrols in and around Alpha and Omicron-80, since there have been reports of individuals disrupting our supply lines.

The past few days have not been quite problematic as it was expected to be. A merc who came in aid of a Colonial, was very unfortunate to explode rather instantly, while trying to outturn me. I also stumbled across a lost Royal Navy pilot who seemed to be claiming the Taus as their own. He was soon shown that his absurd statement is wrong on so many levels. That's it for todays patrol report.
Took off from Tau-23 to prevent Colonial and IMG chasing a Lane Hacker convoy into Alpha. By the time I reached the Omicron-80 jumphole, the pair had ceased pursuit and popped up infront of the jumphole.
After a little chat about how weak the Colonials tend to be, I found myself in a fire fight with the Colonial, while the Miner sat out. Ghost operative Casia Montes and Xavier Pastore came to my aid, by keeping the Miner occupied while still keeping a grip on the Colonial. Eventually, the ship Crazy.Cardi appeared to also assist with the situation. The pair eventually felt the strength of the Outcasts, with the Miner running into the nearby nebula for cover and being shot down by Crazy.Cardi.

After a brief chat, he found himself back into the safety of Java. Typical, isn't it?

We must be ever vigilant against the intrusion of our enemies and the machinations of individuals. Only a few days ago I responded to reports of unknown contacts in Omicron Alpha. My surprise was only matched by my fury to see operatives of the Order engaged in combat over Malta herself. I joined the engagement quickly, allowing the alien its own room to attack or flee as it willed; it provided a convenient enough distraction at the least. With their attention divided, the operatives fell in short order and the alien fled to parts unknown.
During this engagement a freelancer arrived who despite warning chose to observe. Once the threat was eliminated, I spoke to Signore Enfield of his business in our space, as he sounded of Bretonia. His behavior was erratic, and his intentions, which he spoke openly of, disturbing. Unfortunately, other matters came up that required my attention. Despite warning him to leave, my latest intel indicates he remains somewhere on Malta. It is recommended that we follow up on dealing with him swiftly.

During our conversation the Freelancer told me of a Kusari raid on a base in Kyushu, so I wanted to take a look. Just outside of Cali, I came across a Rheinlander, and interestingly she didn't prove to be the only Rheinlander I met today. The lady in question wanted to know about Maltese agricultural techniques and the properties of the Cardamine plant, but I couldn't help her further. I suggested that she contact someone from the famiglia on the neural net for a possible exchange of knowledge.

I accompaniedLWB|Lady.Melon to Kyushu, where a large force of capital ships from the Kusari Navy, the Gallic Navy and Rheinland were sieging some base. I joined forces with [-=XTF=-]Contador, Blood Dragon BD|Kohaku,Hokama, who got caught in a Nova blast early on, and a Mr.Burke. Together we started taking down the Kusari and Gallic capital ships, unsure of what to do with the Rheinlanders. It seemed like the Rheinland captains were having some disagreements with the Gallics, but as soon as the first Gallic ship exploded, they rallied together.
In the heat of battle I didn't capture it all, but first to go was<Sector_ru>, a Gallic Royal Navy Cruiser. Next up was<Chiyodagata>, a Kusari Gunboat. The enemy fleets seemed mostly occupied with sieging the base, so we tried our luck with one of the big fish, a Valor. Upon realizing defeat, the crew was ordered to abandon ship and the<RNS-Tonnant> lit up in a beautiful blaze.
Visibility was very low in the gas cloud but as we returned to the base under siege, we discovered a huge fleet still there. We took on KDS-Kongo, a Kusari Battlecruiser, but onlyMr.Burke and I remained, and I was in a Sabre doing limited damage. We did force the Battlecruiser to dock, while we were under heavy fire from the BDM|U-201. More Maltese had arrived and we were fighting the Rheinland gunboat and theRNC-Predator, when a heavy Ion Storm hit.
My Sabre just restored power as I am sending this transmission ahead. I'm drifting towards the Tau-23 jumphole, setting course for Malta as soon as my engines are back online.
This is a notice to all pilots of the Lance to keep their eyes open at all times for shippers of the false gift known as Stabiline. A recent encounter in the Shikoku system found a Zoner who attempted to profit off of this trash. He was wise enough enough to jettison his cargo, and hopefully wise enough to not repeat such an undertaking again.
On a more personal note, we welcome Lanciere Gloria Nuntes back to our fold and residence at Savona. We expect great things from her, from all of you, in the future.
