It's short enough. I was fine with four hours. Two is a compromise already.

One hour risks people re-engaging in ongoing fights without breaking any rules which is something I don't think you'd want.

Not if the point of killers is to physically get the killed out of system to protect not just them but also others. For example when lawful(s) attack pirate(s) sitting on some lane to protect traders, or when miner(s) attack unlawful(s) which are extorting them or their customers in the mining field.

On a ragebreak. Or ragequit. Time will tell.
