Bundschuh should just fly sabres and wraiths, or do what they did with Blood Dragons and make their ships a slightly different color from the normal ones.
@Felsvar, @Durandal was always wondering can we keep the old models in game. As an example why deleting the old Legate when we can use both the old one and the new one. I mean something like Starcraft 2 Protoss Carrier diversity, they have 3 choices to choose from. Why not keep what can be kept ingame as a third, fourth etc choice instead of deleting.

Yes, but well lets say a new player goes and dock on Rhodes and instead of 2 battleships/drds he can choose from 3, one may like the old model, other the new one.
why are the xenos, a liberty faction, where most people play, at the bottom of the list
that doesnt even make any sense why are inconsequential stuff like gallic brigand ships so high on the list

at least buff the eagle and fix the floating shield hardpoint on it my god i know you hate reeves but jesus hes not the only one that plays xenos

The list hasn't been updated for a while and doesn't reflect current attitudes necessarily.
If somebody made a good xeno VHF tomorrow it'd get in. And I like Reeves - I'm sure most of the rest of the team don't really have any oorp biases against xeno players - the dev team usually works according to what indies are doing rather than factions.
I'd do it personally but I need to do a few more test ships before my modelling quality is up to discovery standards. The current 3 or 4 people who do infrequently make ships on the team are overworked and are currently mostly committed on other things. That Unioner Raba/Salvager class GB isn't being worked on anymore because Felsvar's time is better spent doing other tasks right now. If OORP preference was a factor, there'd be a Unioner cruiser in the mod by now, and all of the HF ships would be reworked, etc.
Also making any one ship takes about a week (of continuous work) and needs a bunch of non-overlapping skills, hindered by antique workflows and nascent incompatibilities/the extremely odd way Freelancer is put together.
Dev bias towards factions doesn't really exist - or if it does I'm not seeing it yet. I am only a junior member. If anything we have a priorities list that creates the impression of bias because sometimes we have to do multiple updates focusing on a particular area of the mod due to the need to finish one storyline/get to a fun gameplay environment to set another in motion - or everything would get twisted up without resolution. That's how 'Devtonia' came about.
