I am Jack Baker Frost, elected captain of an irregular battlegroup from the Zoner Defense Force.
One of our pilots encountered a vessel from your cell in the field yesterday, captained by Frank Tilson, and we also noticed the communication your cell sent to Freeport Fourteen[1].
We're getting in touch with your cell to request a proper sitrep on the situation, we suspect your group is not deployed solely to deal with the alien threat but also the Technocracy, which we also have unresolved diplomatic issues to deal with and an investigation in process. The reason we believe such is that several trustworthy testimonies claiming that the Technocracy has a non-hostile policy involving the Nomads.
Therefore, we're formally requesting:
1. We would like to request cooperation between our groups regarding the Technocracy, as they are being investigated for being suspects of a potential conspiracy against the economic and political interests of the local Zoner population of Freeport Fourteen.
2. We demand that the Legacy of Orillion cell, as well as any other Order cell involved in the current skirmish, be warned to avoid approaching closer than ten clicks to Freeport Fourteen at any cost, harbouring your agents during an active skirmish with the Technocracy would break the Zoner Freeport Space Regulations. (section three)[2], and would put the station's neutrality in jeopardy, more than it already is... However, if your cell, or any other cell of the Order was to find the Technocracy or any other third parties breaking these regulations, we encourage you to disclose such intel with us, such scenarios would include your pilots chasing after a Technocrat or any other group vessel into the Freeport for shelter or to use the station as a shield.
3. We will not condone nor tolerate through reasonable means that the Legacy of Orillion cooperates with the Liberty Security Force within Inverness for anything other than removing the alien threat or the technocrats from the system, if the Legacy of Orillion cell is found cooperating with Liberty against the economic and political interest of the Zoners of Fourteen, your cell can expect consequences later on for your agents deployed in Liberty and the periphery, namely them being treated as valid combat targets along Liberty authorities and the technocrats, until involved individuals are subject to trial and face exemplary justice.
With these terms being stated, -namely the first point- , we humbly request that the Legacy of Orillion cell discloses any intel regarding The Technocracy of Auxo that could aid in our investigation, currently we have solid evidence pointing that the Technocracy has tried to destabilize formal diplomatic relations within the Liberty Free Republic and the Zoners of Freeport Fourteen, for their own agenda, with their open hostilities and attempted murder of our crew only solidifying that hypothesis.
Given that currently we share multiple common foes I think it's on our mutual best interest that we cooperate to expose these bad actors for what they truly are, for the sake of preserving humanity's individual freedoms.

Herr Frost,
My name ist Patricia Becker, acting head of the Legacy cell. I trust the Zoners of Freeport 14 have been staying well given the myriad of groups that seem to be taking an interest out there. The Colonel has been keeping us abreast of the situation as it develops, though it's my hope it will settle down before too many are harmed.
To your wider message, I understand Colonel Pierce has addressed your concerns regarding point two within her transmission to the station's administrator, of which I will assume the latter provided you with. The Legacy cell has endeavoured to provide relevant information regarding third party violations of local Freeport No-Fire-Zone limitations, and the station administrators will receive any evidence received in the field that may further that aim, at the discretion of Colonel Pierce.
Regarding point one, the Legacy cell maintains a zero-aggression policy regarding targets of non-alien origin. We leave business regarding action against Technocrats or Artificial Intelligence to the Overwatch, or secondary sects of the Order, unless the presence of a Nomad entity is confirmed. If Technocrat or Artificial Intelligence vessels are found to be harassing Zoner personnel or installations, our people have orders to subdue and remove. Beyond that, there is limited affirmation I can make regarding cooperation against the Technocracy.
Finally, regarding point three, while I do not expect Colonel Pierce will find much cooperation with the Liberty Security Force given their apparent goals in Inverness, any action undertaken to further her mission to subvert Nomad activity in the region is sanctioned by Legacy cell leadership, insofar as it does not endanger local civilian lives or safety. Any potential evidence of unnecessary endangerment of the local populace can be transmitted to Legacy cell leadership, but beyond this Colonel Pierce has full authority over her assets in the field.
Finally, regarding any intelligence on the Technocracy, any evidence recovered by Colonel Pierce or her men in the field we find suitable to provide the Zoners of Freeport 14 will be transmitted. Likewise, any suitable evidence recovered by the Zoners of Freeport 14, the administration, or those affiliated with such can be transmitted to the Legacy cell or the Order directly, either through this channel or a separate one.
