In Disco hessian faction was influented by a player who sympathizes to radical left ideologies. Keeping in mind colorful hessian background it was easy to turn hessian to something like National Bolshevist movment rather than just simple pirates who are trying to make a living in borderworlds.

as for changes in hessian lore in 86, there is a little coup of a certain station in the omegas which would essentially reduce the zoi spread.
