I'm pretty sure a while back when Order went and allied them selves with SCRA and RHA and BD there was a big flap and admins basically rephacked them hostileish and all order shipe were order to remove sair tech or be sanctioned.
Thus alliance over.
Plus with all the SS and vids from Zoner pew pew days, Sairs have more than enough RP justification to pirate/shoot onsight any Order.

Order and Sairs are no longer in alliance. And instead of asking, what are the reasons that they are not in alliance, better ask what could be the reasons for them to be in one. Answer is none. Thefore there is no alliance.
The rp background of braking alliance was mainly undertable dealings with 'sairs enemies. Then in actuallity there was just no reason for an alliance to begin with.
I dont understand why the devs still kept order and corsair allied while they broke allience from .85
However if i see any order indie in crete i will make them leave in future.
