But after being attacked for something i did not do, with 35mil in cargo on board? Well they want to target all for 1 players actions, then I can play that way to. Hell getting bored with Liberty anyway.
It's been much less than 6 months, and it's not just a few Junkers. There's plenty of them taking advantage of this. If it's that much of a problem for you, maybe you should contact Kruger and convince them that you have not been attacking them. If you have been attacking them, you have no business complaining about this bounty.

or the congress could open a diplomatic channel, and offer some type of remittance such as FR5 of the offending parties
The Congress is perfectly willing to discuss if if we are asked. No one has contacted us or asked for any help with this matter so I will assume that Kruger is able to handle it on their own.

Good that the faction Rules are well written and you cannot FR5 anyone who is pirating in Omegas:lol:, it is really sad to have such junker faction around but well... it happens

Furthermore, unlawful action in front of Rheinland´s door can also result inconsequences.
Please note, these actions would only result in inRP consequences.
Houses can make all the claims they want - doesn't make the systems any less "borderworld" rulewise until the admins declare that so. Last I heared Omega 3, Omega 7 and Omega 11 are classified borderworlds for the server rules. Meaning quasilawfuls can yarharrfidelidee as much as they like. That that carries IRP consequences is a wholly different matter of course...
And yea, given that an indy junker engaging in piracy is not a violation of the junker ID, any FR5 would most likely not work. We've had the same issue at IMG| in the past - it's not a fun situation to be in for a official faction when a group using the same ID causes severe problems involving one of your own bases... But I reckon Rochester's another, and better, example of that.
