Sorry, guys, but what is this thread all about? Giving those indie pirates who ALREADY can pew transports in capital ships an anti-cloaking toy to pew more transports in their capital ships, or whatever it is they use for ganks now?

Or do we somehow have whole capital fleets cloaking from capital ship battles thingy issue? Like, REAL issue. Like, maybe, dozen of RM caps cloaking in NY, at time, no? Or pretty much the same, but for LN in New Berlin, maybe? But wait, when was that last epic capital fleet vs capital fleet battle with at least a dozen of caps participating at time, come again?

Because i think i lost the point of the discussion. Honestly, can't see why should it be disruptable yet. In a way of can-not-seeing why an apple is called an orange. Cloak is pretty much meant for cloaking, so what is your need of making it unable to serve its purpose based on?

Because when you guys say:

' Wrote:The number of pirates with these things is getting ridiculous.

What kind of statistics is behind that? Can we, like, see the number of cloaks on the server, in total? And the number of those, mounted on pirate ships?

It really needs to be interruptable by CD and pulse damage, especially since they give up a CM slot to mount it. If you dont want to get hit by CD damage stay away.

On a more general subject this is yet another example of how piracy in disco is totally screwed up. Here we have Space Somalians with luxury liners and cloaking technology that isnt even available to the (supposedly) powerful and wealthy lawful factions.

Space Somalians is a highly racist term! Also cloaking is part of game so deal with it

Wait, what? Pirates don't want to fight you? Should it have anything to do with the cap8 BS scanner Ahoduri you have, hmm?

And then again if you /l1 your bounty claim, I'll /cloak. People who use cloak when they are losing are using it right. Or any other way to achieve the goal your trying to get to.

Everybody has to lose some of the fights, belanglos. Dont get caught and your cloak would still work perfectly. If you happen to get caught sometimes, hit respawn button and try again. Making cloaks no-fail is bad for the game.

So you propose people should use cloaks, only when there is no interaction ? K.

<div align="right]...uhm, what.

There is more opprtunity for interaction when cloaking is limited, than there is when it is unlimited.

You make a lot of posts that are loosely detached from the world around you. Are you stoned most of the time?

I don't see how they are no fail - the small ones can be countered if intercepting players are coordinated. The large cloak takes 70 seconds to activate, so that is not exactly a "free getaway" either...?

Is there a failure mode in there somewhere? Then its no-fail

Alright so cloaks are "no-fail" to the same extent as guns and thrusters for instance? Then I fail to see the point you are trying to make - my guns never fail but that doesn't mean I always kill my foe. My thruster never fails either, that doesn't mean I can always run. My cloak never fails either, and again that doesn't mean I can always run...?
