Well then looks like that a nice bit of material which I didn't read up, which dosent really surprise me.
Well if thats how its fallen in on itself then its certainly something to look up on. I knew I was a bit in the dark about it, but not by that much. Best go read it up, thanks for the info - could come in handy!
Easiest way to do it is to /restart Kusari and have a look at the news articles on NT. That's where all the important stuff should be, anyway.

It's more like the majority didn't even vote. Why would they if the emperor is still alive?

There are two people mentioned buy name in the Kusari lore outline as written by Igiss, as founding the Democratic Party of Kusari:
Kato Takahashi and Shimura Yokitara.
No rank or position was given to these people, so when it came time to write the news items I basically flipped a coin for PM.
KNF want to use Mr Takahasi as a government rep - as the surname is identical to a KNF HC character (family members following the same profession is common in Kusari).
This means that Kishiro are using Mr Shimura Yokitara as their named rep. It is no problem to alter the news items to use Mr Yokitara's name instead.
As for people not being unhappy with the new system - there should be PLENTY!
Samura and the AFA in particular have every reason to be outraged at what has happened. Thousands of years of tradition - extending all the way back into ancient Japan - has been torn down by this cowardly new government.
KNF generals afraid to die with honour waited until the Great Emperor was out of the country to stage a coup, and the disgraceful Kishiro was only too willing to sleaze its way into power. No doubt they used a slick marketing campaign to extoll the virtues of a Republic, whilst denigrating Kusari's grand heritage.
To the Kusari Conservative, this once great nation must be looking more and more like gaijin Liberty every day!
I say to the community this:
You want to get angry in Kusari? Join the AFA and go NUTS! Kill every bastard KNF, Kishiro and gaijin you see - they deserve it!
You want to be Samura and support the Ronin - do it! Your Emperor needs you, your nation needs your Emperor!
You want to be Hogosha? It is time to adapt, like the Yakuza have done for centuries. You need to be making deals with other House pirates, so you can pirate further away from home (where you are not allowed to anymore).
Dragons and GC? The new government refuses to negotiate with terrorists unless they renounce violence. In military terms, Kusari is weaker than it has ever been in its history, there is no better time to mount a full-scale offensive!
Kusari lawfuls? Expect the scourge of piracy to be returning to Kusari. As pirate activity increases, lawfuls will start coming out of the woodwork.
With the new mineable commodities in Kusari and the surrounding regions, there is more than ever to do in this House. People just need to stop whining, get off their butts and go play!
War GMG+Oc vs Cors+KNF.... Another gankwar. But on the other hand- IT CAN RISE UP ACTIVITY IN KUSARI AND OCs.
Lets try to disscus it?

Seems that this new force, which took over old Emperial goverment was greater, and they just did what they wanted. If they managed to overthrow Emperor, then make "right" will of people wont be a problem.

For the first one, even though I hate to agree with a gas mining baka... OH THE LULZ if you crash into a bd-knf encounter and start randomly shooting stuff :ylove:
On terms of Samura supporting the Exiles: Go through Non-occupied territory. Gallia is too big of a cake to make money in and Kusari doesn't have the strength to mess with them, so if they catch you, you are on your own.
Oh and Ghost, neither the Outcasts nor the GMG would agree to such an alliance. The GMG wants Beta, the Outcasts don't want them in.

Yes, its fair, cause GMGs and Outcasts are old enemies to. If there would be such war, then GMG's and Outcast's position will be like: Lets finish down sairs and KNF, then will deal with rest.
But im sure, that GMG's could have such opinion: Better KNF than Outcasts, so take OCs out!

This thing is always making me laugh:D
INRP
During war time we had for example 1 patrol per 15 minutes = good gap for pirates to attack trader convoy, with return of remaining fleets now we have 1 patrol per 10 min = lover gap for pirates to attack traders (all inrp) so how INRP they can benefit from current situation?
Also.. yours 10Days of activity for KNF.... sry.. but you gonna be very dissapointed when you will check it in week.. it gonna drop to 3 days.
