I dislike anything that encourages base hugging, which is why I dislike these things. Basically, any lawful in New York in a snub who wants to could /probably/ full dodge to Manhattan, at which point they're untouchable.

At least with most other bases they're forced to dock (and be PvP dead) at some point.

So hunt your prey outside of NY, or don't let them run into base cover, simple as that.
I remember, when me and another rogue GB killed LABC and two bombers right near Manhattan. Don't you think, that certain objects, like battleships and planets should be making some kind of safe heaven around, where red is dead in no time.

They are not OP they just need slight adjustments like increasing the emp damage several times and reducing the hull-damage to more acceptable levels.
So they would be able to serve as area denial tool that removes the whole power-core of the invader instead of tool for killing vhfs.

As others have said: they're meant to deter people from approaching hostile capital planets, which totally makes sense if you ask me. I'm generally against powerful NPCs and static defenses, but if there's a place for them, that would be a house capital. Enemies of the house simply aren't supposed to be there.

Also good idea is to add the said missiles to the stationary battleship loadouts as well. The Stationary BSs are kinda pathetic in fly denial zone role for snubs.
But please adjust their hull damage let them hit hard but not be one shot killer, something along the nuke or eve ripper mine should be ok.

Also, can we give some OPness to unlawful stations?

Navy players can camp them with ease, not enough GB spawn :|

Unlawful bases should be well defended, for E.G Buffalo should have a Rogue Destroyer flying around it at all times.

Lawfuls have safe havens in systems, unlawfuls should have them too.
