You might wanna give Banshee a try before season 3 starts in January
It's about this ex-con who steals the identity of a dead guy & becomes sheriff in a small Amish community.
I know it sounds kinda meh. That's what I thought before I watched it...but OMFG, it's so over the top & fun to watch, you might actually pull a muscle by episode 2
Trust me. I'm Disco's primary TV guru & I knows mah shiz
Now, I'm not sure if Nflix streams it, (they should) but if they don't, they definitely have all the eps on DVD at least

That is a fantastic idea! Why didn't that even occur to me? But movies or TV works.

Already did that! Along with Lord of the Rings!
Do you guys know of any good supernatural movies? With a proper plot? Like Let the Right One In. That movie was fantastic. Not just a vampire slaying movie, but has a true plot? Not really looking for Zombies right now though. Got plenty of that floating about.
Also, does anyone know what musical it was that this guy's grand mother(?) tried to get him a job as a pilot, but misheard him and gave him a job as a pirate? And he like, never sees another woman besides her and such. His birhday was on leap year, etcetc. Anyone? I've been trying to remember what it was, but I can't for the life of me. It's gonna be pretty old lol
Scrubs if you haven't watched it is a great comedy.
House of Cards is a good intelligent drama if you can follow the story. Kevin Spacey 2016
Little Busters for relaxed/slice of life animu, great characters and stories of those characters. Fullmetal Alchemist for something with more action but an equally good story, though you've probably seen it.
...I don't watch much TV, so that's about all I can think of off the top of my head.

+ Cowboy Bebop, it's technically an anime, but it's very well written one except parts that involve Ed, and you could even classify it as a normal series because of that.
TWIN PEAKS! The Office was good. Breaking Bad. House of Cards Season 1 was good. Futurama. Sherlock. And I think there's a new season of Arrested Development made just for Netflix. All of the mentioned series are available on Netflix, I'm pretty sure. I know that Twin Peaks is for sure.
Mimir, I've seen Breaking Bad, Futurama, and a bit of The Office. Looking a few of these up, some of the suggestions you guys have gave are actually really great.
@Sterlin
Fullmetal Alchemist was something I certainly did see already. Was excellent, and is worth watching again though. One of my personal favorites. Also saw a few popular ones like Death Note or Sword Art Online. Few others, as well. But I can't think of the names off hand.
