Reason for request: We are aware that Cryer has, in the past, requested many time for vessels. This is why we have decided not to ask for a lot. We understand that Liberty is at war, facing problem with crime and of course the dreaded drug problem. Cardamine. It runs loose and wild and causes untold Genetic damage, something we can not allow. Cryer Solutions aims to combat the Outcast, Rogue and GC. Removing the dreaded drug once and for all. One of our pilots used to fly for the Navy and used a Defiant class gunboat and an Executioner class fighter. We were wondering if we could acquire one and use it for good. Think of it as help us help you. And of course we will pay upkeep and other things.

Reason for request: You may remember my name from a few weeks back before the neural net crash when i was granted my permit to hold and research select alien cargo. Due to the lost evidence i was unable to prove that a permit and payment was ever issued and thus my goods were taken. This has interrupted important research and tests that were being conducted. I understand rules are rules and all yet you must understand how this is frustrating. If i must repay my free to continue my research so be it, all i want you to understand is my frustration, yet that will go away with a quick and easy resolve.
I look foreword to hearing from you, in hopes this will get sorted out.

I am reaching out today to the heads of the requisitioning department on 4 vessels that where found on our base Platinum Inc when it was purchased. I was curious if any additional fees are required to pay towards the government. USI would like to use these vessels to protect its assets across Sirius.
Please let me know the regulations on this subject. I am forwarding documentation on your approval of these vessels in the past.

The Surplus Requisitioning Center is not responsible for confiscated good by law-enforcement entities. You should perhaps pay more attention to the main page of this channel.

To USI;

The case you have presented is indeed in violation with the terms of the Surplus Requisitioning. Before anything these vessels are to be inspected aboard Norfolk Shipyard and the loanee will be prosecuted accordingly.

However considering your request as a separate one, The Surplus Requisitioning Center has approved your licence. A licensing fee of 150'000'000 (150 million) Sirius Credits is payable to Ferris.Dufresne in advance. Meanwhile hulls BDR-804-4354, BDR-804-4355, Li-117-3005, NORFOLK-GB-582 will be refurbished and ready for pickup at Norfolk Shipyard in the following days.

The Republic of Liberty values your contribution in reducing the cardamine threats by project snowflake as well as your will to fight the groups most responsible for this poison. However the Surplus Requisition office is responsible only for the handling of the vessels following normal procedures. Your reward for Project Snowflake will be handled by the LPI in cooperation with the representatives of the Republic of Liberty.

Your request has been processed and after a discussion in the Surplus Requisitioning office it has been approved for four (4) Guardian fighters.

Due to the nature that these vessels will be operated, in order to avoid any diplomatic issues, you are requested to abide the following terms:

- Usage for these ships is permitted, only for use outside of house space (The Repubic of Liberty being excluded) as specified by their respective laws and treaties.

- The sole and only purpose of the usage will be attacking Outcasts, Liberty Rogues, Lane hackers and cardamine smugglers as well as in defense of Cryer Pharmaceutical ships and convoys against terrorist and pirate threats.

- Every ship will be brought to Norfolk Shipyard on a monthly basis, for check-ups as well as to ensure their presence with the loanee.

Failure to abide to these regulations will result in removal of the rights for these vessels and/or fining the loanee.

The ship hulls BDR-804-4350 through BDR-804-4353 have been prepared aboard Norfolk Shipyard and will be ready to pick up once we receive a confirmation from your side on the specified terms in this channel as well as a payment of 100.000.000 (a hundred million) S.C to Ferris.Dufresne as a licensing fee for these vessels.
