This game was always working best when people found the balance between RP and Gameplay.
But where is the balance of RP and gameplay when you put your best pvp player onto the players of CR when you know they will get an easy blue with rubbish roleplay? I don't get how that is making things fair, balanced and enjoyable for both sides. The encounter I was speaking of was roughly 1 minute long from the DSAce logs and within that 1 minute there was 2 OC speaking and the CR spoke with both of them. The same NC pilot flew to Sabah earlier today looking for pvp. From what I have noticed on the NC BB the NC people only come to Coronado for 1 thing. PvP experiences knowing that CR members are new players, un experienced, know how to pvp or roleplay very well compared to the expierenced players who know the mechanics of the game. I came to the NC Feedback yestarday about a two storks in coronado that did not do any roleplay from the evidence I was given and I was told that those players were going to be spoken with. Was they? I know they were not or something was said but was not taken in. I am disappointed with how NC are "Roleplaying" recently. Especially considering they are trying to get official.
All I am hearing is from the NC is you are upset, moaning or complaining or something. I don't actaully know because your pvp players did not get a blue to make any money on the NC BB. I was told that there was a duel between a CR Bomber and a NC fighter. The NC Fighter was shield running and was going to get snac'd but a NC pvp player jumped in and replaced that NC Fighter to do damage on the CR bomber. This is a "Fair fight" how?
Replacing 1 fighter with another because the fear of dieing then coming here to say about CR docking because of INRP Reasons.
EDIT: // I just advice all NC members or outcasts members that are in this thread as we speak go take a sandwich break because you did not get any blue messages because of inrp reasons. The pilot having a fear of dieing.
What I don't understand is why this fetish for blues exist. If we are looking at it in a purely gameplay perspective and talking about fair 1v1 fights, there is technically no difference between winning a fight by exploding the opponent and by forcing him to dock in front of you: You have beaten him by being better and he's now PvP dead, out for two hours, for losing the duel, Why would any of the two options be better than the other then?

Thank you @Thyrzul this is what I am trying to get at. From an inrp perspective your pilot/character would rather live another day and fight another day instead of dieing to a fight already lost?

This surprises me that people still believe in Roleplay. I thought All hope was lost. But then you showed up and made sense of pvp and roleplay.

This is a roleplay server. A lot of people wouldn't be here if it was pure PvP.
Shaggy, bomber started to shieldrun first, but alright. NC- have 2 SRP requests approved and more are coming so it will hopefully be 4. Once again, if factions are at war, then it works in the same way. If CR wants to stop the war, write a comm and we will discuss a conditions of peace. We never avoid a roleplay, but we also fighting our enemies, which is natural? We have Corsairs and Core coming to our home systems and the same things are happening. I don't know if you want to avoid the interactions and sit in Coronado afking for tracker time. This is what you want?
As I said, I wanted to hear your motives, I got them. My members will read it as well and we will make a conclusions, thank you.
Especially some people in the group want the blue to claim the bounty I guess. And it's the reward for the end of the fight.
And this:

is why you go to the feedback thread. Because with the "RP" in mind and "clever use of environment" we should have not cared about balance and just used our numbers. But we wanted to have fun fights and that is why we didn't gank and made them duels. But apparently that is also not in your interests.

I was not told that but a bomber vs a fighter? Then your fighter switching because he could have turned into a blue. Wow
I know NC- have 2 SRP because I have actaully taken interest in one of them personally. Both factions are at war and have been at war for a very very very long time. I am not saying we want to avoid interactions and CR do not just sit in Coronado and "AFK" for time. If you are classing roleplay with other faction members, indies, or doing missions from stations "AFK for tracker time" then there is a serious problem.
You want to sit and hear my motives then please contact me on skype.
@"Sanja" What the hell is your problem? You outnumbered them. You forced them to dock. You clearly WON that encounter. So why are you here, making this posts? They are not upset about you attacking them. They just can't understand why are you so hell bent on actually getting blues that the other way to win is not enough for you. And perhaps they are a little concerned that there is rather little RP before atacking.
And that's a fact at least from what I saw. You found some poor sod with artefacts in his hold. You said a few lines and a minute or so later I saw blue saying you dusted him, even though he tried to be cooperative and tried to RP.
@Skorak Yes, sure, it's nice you gave them a duel, and I say it without a sarcasm, it's just... why are you so hell bent on actually getting blues that the other way to win is not enough for you?
