INITIALIZING MESSAGE
Our trusted allies,
I am sad to tell you today that the organisation you all know, the 101st Ghosts of Razgriz, finally overstepped the line they kept testing for some time now. I am certain you noticed that it has long since fallen from its respected position. It hast lost its former glory and now puts Cretan interests over Maltese.
As the 101st tried to overstep their authority we had them investigated and it turned up that they were making plans in selling our technology to the Corsairs. Casta herself was directly negotiating with a group of Corsairs. As she was called to court to answer for her action she declined and the forces remaining with her decided to turn against Malta as well.
We cannot accept this behaviour and they are to be taken into custody immediately and shot down if they resist.
What we ask of you today is to turn their requests for shelter away and to close of your installations to their vessels. Inform us of any sightings or attempt to take them into custody yourself.
As per usual you will be well rewarded for this as bounties are already authorised and cleared.
INCOMING TRANSMISSION SENDER:Savannah Maya, The Golden Chrysanthemums RECIPIENT:President Cristina Martelli, The National Council of Malta
Hola Cristina. As much as I'm glad to hear from you, the nature of your transmission is troubling. As you know well, I had an honour to be one of the Ghosts myself. And I seriously doubt the 101st could place its interests over those of the Outcast nation. I must confess, I haven't been involved in Outcast affairs since my resignation from the Ghosts, but if I'm not mistaken, at some point the Ghosts disbanded and ceased to exist. I hesitate to judge if the later reappearance of the said banner had any serious impact on the maltese society in general, of if it was positive or not. After all, these are internal maltese affairs. However, I understand you are talking more about the infamous Castas and their servants rather than the whole entity of the Ghosts. If you ask my opinion, I doubt Gabriella would do anything detrimental to the Outcasts, while Estefania is an unstable and addicted person, possibly at times affected with mental issues, who is a danger to everyone. I'm sure my views about Outcasts and so called Slomon K'Hara are also not a secret for you, which in my eyes make her and the whole family a matter of concern.
Having said all that, I'm rather surprised by the nature of the accusations against the Ghosts. Perhaps it would strike you as inappropriate, but I don't see negotiation attempts with Corsairs as a treason. Because this war with Corsairs took lives of so many Outcast people, the war out of certain objective reasons of the past turned into a feud mostly fueled by hate, but it doesn't make Corsairs less humans and capable of negotiations for the benefit of both sides. I'm sure the Outcasts have better things to do than waste even more lives and resources into a senseless war with no end. However, I understand the negotiations itself and even their nature are less of your concern than the fact that they were conducted behind your back. Isn't it a matter of concern too, given how many splinter powers has been hovering around Malta during the recent years? This shows an unstable character of Maltese governments not fully supported by the Dons.
Be that as it may, we have a formerly glorious yet now considered rogue group of Outcasts. Now isn't it an internal affair of the Outcasts? If you consider this group that dangerous, seize its assets, reclaim its vessels, it shouldn't cause much problems, should it? Or do you really think what is left of the Ghosts will really seek to base on our installations? There are bases almost all around Sirius where the Ghosts will always be able to resupply, given they have enough funds available. Do we want to be dragged into yet another conflict between the leftovers? Thus, while we appreciate your concern about the Ghosts, we have yet to see anything harmful done to us by any of them. We will not withhold docking clearance should they ever wish to visit us, however it will be given on universal basis, neither prolonged stay nor any operations staged from our installations will be allowed for their ships.
It is a pleasure to speak to you and to do so on behalf of The Lane Hackers.
I would like to keep this brief and concise. The Lane Hackers are fully aware of how striking this accusation is. A claim to have shared technology or information with the enemy is of course treason. Without the evidence, however, it is not the most intelligent claim to make. One that can backfire easily.
The Lane Hackers are well aware additional of the ever-present power struggles between the several Outcast groups. It's not much of a surprise, though, seeing human nature at its best, perhaps a dear replay of the well known old tale of Macbeth.
Please show us the dagger and present it before us so we may then be able to strike. Without such evidence, this can only turn out poorly.

INITIALIZING MESSAGE
Allies,
It seems that our President had deemed a task like this rather easy and without a problem to perform and that you would treat it as a favour to her and us.
But I personally see that you'd be interested to see evidence to judge and I am bringing you this today:
[11.12.2016 00:45:28] Estefania.Casta[101st]: Once you had been successful with the Council, you can have the technology to check it for yourself.
[11.12.2016 00:45:40] Estefania.Casta[101st]: I'm not asking you to just take our word for it.
[11.12.2016 00:46:11] Luciano.Vasquez[TBH]: How is this "technology" better than what our allies could already help us with?
[11.12.2016 00:46:16] Luciano.Vasquez[TBH]: What makes it so special?
[11.12.2016 00:46:31] Estefania.Casta[101st]: How to put that without insulting you... let me see.
[11.12.2016 00:46:40] Estefania.Casta[101st]: What you call state-of-the-art...
[11.12.2016 00:46:58] Estefania.Casta[101st]: We refer to as... lets see, how to say that in a kind of friendly way...
[11.12.2016 00:47:07] Estefania.Casta[101st]: I can't. It's trash.
[11.12.2016 00:47:21] Luciano.Vasquez[TBH]: You say your technology is that advanced?
[11.12.2016 00:47:27] Luciano.Vasquez[TBH]: And yet you still need help?
[11.12.2016 00:47:57] Estefania.Casta[101st]: Over two hundred years of adapting nomad technology and building upon it with the most advanced parts mankind had to offer.
[11.12.2016 00:48:04] Estefania.Casta[101st]: I'd say the answer is yes.
[11.12.2016 00:48:27] Estefania.Casta[101st]: Well. We lack the manpower for now. You've the manpower we need.
[11.12.2016 00:48:33] Luciano.Vasquez[TBH]: So your not only asking us to trust Maltese technology, but /Nomad/ technology?
[11.12.2016 00:48:42] Estefania.Casta[101st]: And besides, we tried a few times already to start settling our hatred.
[11.12.2016 00:48:55] Estefania.Casta[101st]: I get it, you're not into our way of life. That's alright.
[11.12.2016 00:49:21] Chaidez: nomad technology? better terraforming?
[11.12.2016 00:49:25] Estefania.Casta[101st]: But why we're trying to get completely rid of the other again? The answer is, the nomadary influence that comes with what
[11.12.2016 00:49:29] Estefania.Casta[101st]: grows on our planet.
[11.12.2016 00:49:55] Luciano.Vasquez[TBH]: The Orange
[11.12.2016 00:49:58] Estefania.Casta[101st]: We've been there. We've seen what's to come beyond that. And we don't want that.
[11.12.2016 00:50:00] Falcon.Negro[TBH]: Hector: Your people depend on that damn thing, you can't just remove it.
[11.12.2016 00:50:10] Estefania.Casta[101st]: We've not chosen our destiny. Neither have you.
[11.12.2016 00:50:28] Luciano.Vasquez[TBH]: It's chained you to that planet, made you it's slaves
[11.12.2016 00:50:31] Estefania.Casta[101st]: None of us actually had a choice. We've all been born way past the date of the initial arrival to make a choice.
[11.12.2016 00:51:09] Estefania.Casta[101st]: We're chained to Malta, si.
[11.12.2016 00:51:23] Estefania.Casta[101st]: That's why we need to take it back from those -governing- it now.
[11.12.2016 00:51:37] Estefania.Casta[101st]: We can benefit from each other.
[11.12.2016 00:51:43] Estefania.Casta[101st]: We've the money, you've the means.
[11.12.2016 00:51:51] Kishiro][Nightfall: Long range scanner system activated.
[11.12.2016 00:52:02] Luciano.Vasquez[TBH]: What exaclty is wrong with the Council?
[11.12.2016 00:52:19] Estefania.Casta[101st]: They're infiltrated by -them-.
[11.12.2016 00:52:42] Estefania.Casta[101st]: For over one hundred and fourty years the Ghosts kept that influence out of maltese government.
[11.12.2016 00:52:56] Estefania.Casta[101st]: But we've failed and now have to deal with the consequences. [11.12.2016 00:53:16] Estefania.Casta[101st]: You help us fix that, and we'll show you what it means to stand on good terms with Nacion.
[11.12.2016 00:53:29] Luciano.Vasquez[TBH]: Shooting Maltese and Nomads?An interesting proposition....
[11.12.2016 00:56:23] Falcon.Negro[TBH]: Hector: Good with the Nacion?
[11.12.2016 00:56:59] Estefania.Casta[101st]: Lets say we can kindly ignore each other as long we don't step into the others realm of business.
[11.12.2016 00:57:31] Estefania.Casta[101st]: We get what we want.
[11.12.2016 00:57:35] Luciano.Vasquez[TBH]: Perhaps we could ignore you, but I don't think we could ignore your slavery....
[11.12.2016 00:57:45] Estefania.Casta[101st]: You, for once, get a real chance to save your people.
[11.12.2016 00:57:57] Estefania.Casta[101st]: Oh, that...
[11.12.2016 00:58:12] Estefania.Casta[101st]: I can assure you that Ghosts squadron does not condone that act of human traffic.
[11.12.2016 00:58:28] Estefania.Casta[101st]: All our employees are volunteers and paid properly.
[11.12.2016 00:58:29] Luciano.Vasquez[TBH]: Although, if you are as rich as you say, then it should be an easy matter to make sure all your workers are paid are fair wage
[11.12.2016 00:58:49] Estefania.Casta[101st]: We do. Others on Malta, don't.
[11.12.2016 00:59:03] Estefania.Casta[101st]: We're working on that. But with the Council standing in our way... you see.
[11.12.2016 00:59:23] Falcon.Negro[TBH]: Hector: Why did you let them take over in the first place?
[11.12.2016 00:59:52] Estefania.Casta[101st]: We had to preserve an insane amount of intel kept away from them.
[11.12.2016 01:00:05] Estefania.Casta[101st]: You wouldn't want the knowledge we've accumulated in their hands. [11.12.2016 01:00:56] Estefania.Casta[101st]: But we're willing to share parts of that knowledge with you, once you made yourself a useful resource.
[11.12.2016 01:02:02] Estefania.Casta[101st]: All you've to do is to bring down the heat on the Council in a way they can't stand their ground anymore.
[11.12.2016 01:02:26] Estefania.Casta[101st]: If you take that chance to try bringing down all of Nacion, we'll sure have a way to stop that.
[11.12.2016 01:02:29] Falcon.Negro[TBH]: Hector: That would require us to devote more resources in killing them.
[11.12.2016 01:02:43] Estefania.Casta[101st]: In any way, it'd not get you to reap any of the benefits we're offering.
[11.12.2016 01:02:54] Estefania.Casta[101st]: Resources we'll pay for.
[11.12.2016 01:03:22] Estefania.Casta[101st]: Or better said. We'll not pay for that.
[11.12.2016 01:03:43] Estefania.Casta[101st]: But we'll take care of other concerns your society may have, leaving you open to invest the cost you saved otherwise.
[11.12.2016 01:04:30] Estefania.Casta[101st]: Anyways. I think I made it clear enough.
[11.12.2016 01:04:36] Falcon.Negro[TBH]: Hector: We will naturally need some of those in advance, to see you mean business.
[11.12.2016 01:04:45] Estefania.Casta[101st]: Contact us should you make up your mind and are interested.
[11.12.2016 01:05:18] Falcon.Negro[TBH]: Hector: Here is how this is going to work.
[11.12.2016 01:05:23] Estefania.Casta[101st]: Once we got us a deal by making use of those who shall not be named in public. [11.12.2016 01:05:46] Estefania.Casta[101st]: We'll see to get your requests done in parts, in advance. As part of our contract.
[11.12.2016 01:05:47] Falcon.Negro[TBH]: Hector: You will contact the Council after the first shipment arrives on Crete, after that we will talk in more detail
[11.12.2016 01:06:12] Falcon.Negro[TBH]: Hector: In a more private place.
[11.12.2016 01:06:19] Luciano.Vasquez[TBH]: Elder, will the Outcasts be allowed to dock on Crete?
[11.12.2016 01:06:22] Estefania.Casta[101st]: Alright. That's acceptable. We'll still, after that initial shipment, go by the way we've layed out.
[11.12.2016 01:06:49] Falcon.Negro[TBH]: Hector: Naturally no, I presume that would be done by that "liberty friend"
[11.12.2016 01:07:14] Luciano.Vasquez[TBH]: Good, I don't think I could trust any of the Maltese on our home planet
[11.12.2016 01:07:17] Estefania.Casta[101st]: Si. We're not sending any of our flags down to your place.
[11.12.2016 01:08:03] Falcon.Negro[TBH]: Hector: Once that arrives, contact the Council and we shall discuss it more privately with more details.
[11.12.2016 01:08:17] Estefania.Casta[101st]: Sounds fair enough.
[11.12.2016 01:08:31] Estefania.Casta[101st]: If you excuse me now. I get a bit uncomfortable staying here for so long.
[11.12.2016 01:08:46] Luciano.Vasquez[TBH]: Is the Orange calling to you?
[11.12.2016 01:08:55] Estefania.Casta[101st]: That's not quite a concern to me.
[11.12.2016 01:09:02] Falcon.Negro[TBH]: Hector: Luciano, make sure she leaves the system por favor.
[11.12.2016 01:09:09] Estefania.Casta[101st]: Just a general feeling that it's time to move on.
[11.12.2016 01:09:11] Luciano.Vasquez[TBH]: Si Elder, I will
[11.12.2016 01:09:33] Estefania.Casta[101st]: Elder Guardian of The Corsair Brotherhood. Godspeed.
[11.12.2016 01:09:50] Falcon.Negro[TBH]: Hector: Hasta luego!
[11.12.2016 01:10:19] Estefania.Casta[101st]: This went better than I expected.
[11.12.2016 01:10:45] Estefania.Casta[101st]: Maybe you're really not the savages our people always claim you to be.
[11.12.2016 01:10:50] Luciano.Vasquez[TBH]: Well, I am quite surprised at how it turned out
[11.12.2016 01:11:18] Estefania.Casta[101st]: Lets see if you do stand to your word.
I personally am rather disappointed by the way the sisterhood sees this. Cristina is always speaking so highly of you that I nearly began to believe that glorified image of hers. If that conflict is still justified or not doesn't matter. There is still forces fighting and they still hold prisoners. They will still disrupt our operations where they can. And this is not a negotiation of peace that "Estefania" tried here, it's selling Maltese technology out to wage war on us.
I don't know why my President decided to ask this so casually instead of providing you with this though it might have been because of Senora Maya. She had mentioned that you were part of the 101st and I see she was right. But I see now that this might have been the wrong attempt. You can see dealings with Corsairs how you want but hiring Corsair mercenaries and paying them in our developments is something that'd be treason either way. It does only make it worse that it's with the Corsairs.
As first I warn you to say anything bad about Savannah-chan. She saw the glorious Ghosts back then and as you could have seen she is well aware of the danger Estefania-san can be. She even saw a time without unnecessary wars and with the little bit Cristina-chan let us get to know and the knowledge about them only being a shadow of their former self it didn't look anywhere close to a real threat. But her attempts to hire the Brotherhood themselves to assist her in fighting her own kind changes it all. It remains a Maltese internal conflict but one that endangers our joint strenght, having Cretans threatening Malta alongside with the former honorable Ghosts of Razgriz could quickly become our alls problem.
Nevertheless we will not engage into hostilities with the 101st. They aren't anything you couldn't deal with yourself but we will tell you if we see them in Kusari, as well as questioning about their intentions to be.. in our Empress' space. May they not be foolish enough to meet with Cretans here.
We wish you luck with the removal of such shameful remnants. O genkide.
This is Professor Yoshida speaking. The Lane Hackers have not heard by the 101st for a long time, it has been a year since they asked for our assistance about a catastrophe, then they strangely stopped responding in said communication. We don't know what has happened to this group but the allegations which the President has brought to the Alliance are troubling, at least.
Unfortunately the evidence provided by Ms. Martelli cannot be considered as valid if the ship was cloaked during the interception of the messages. About two years ago we found out that evidence can be tampered this way without leaving any marks behind. Subsequently, as the integrity of the evidence can be questioned, the Professorship cannot take a position on this matter.
