As far as I am concerned (unsurprisingly) - the fact that there is even the option to gank means the faction leadership, formula and membership are doing something right. over the last couple years there have been ups and downs, yesterday appears to have been an up.
And for the record - I was opposed to hitting that ranseur in otau.

Ypu did not state that in game. So we could not know. We assumed they were outcasts and fired.
You didn't even give me a chance to explain the situation. You just assumed. Didn't even try.

My friend, while this is offtopic and there is no drama here, i must say that drama is rather an integral part of this...colorful community, it is the fuel that keeps the ship Rolling sometimes. (Refer to Zoner dramas for examples)
That is some inappropriate and poor behavior on the side of CR. That's what a noob who speaks eight words of English does the moment he and his friends can afford some caps with all mortars and prims. Do you want to be treated like indie noobs or a faction?
Quote:Well, i am sorry if we were been a bit carried out and harsh.
Non-apology. This does not look good on the leader of a faction.
Quote:But you have to understand that you was an outcast vessel, especially a ranseur. What that means? That means you command the most fierce piece of devastation tool our second archenemy commands and mıst be eradicated on sight.
Literally had no weapons mounted and you knew that.
Quote:Plus, Crayter does not value Outcast lives, even civilians of it, due to them considered inhuman bu the use of cardamine and the acts of whole nation. It is not a personal thing, simply we doing our RP
Is that what Crayter does now, doesn't care at all for civilian lives? That's fine to hate Outcasts. But anyone who has risen to command a warship (let alone conn / OOD / JOOD) would know that a hospital ship can carry a rainbow of nationalities. Also it's a hospital. You don't shoot them, so that your hospital ships don't get smashed as a result.
Quote:and the thing is, you were unarmed, so outcome would not be any different. If you were armed the slightest bit i would offer a duel with that Deimos though.
You literally picked "kill unarmed ship immediately with no RP." I can understand - albeit disagree - if you jump all over someone with unfair odds. But this isn't even PvP. You guys lusted for a blue so hard that you chose killing an unarmed ship instantly over roleplaying. On the roleplay server. As an official faction.
Quote:Its not personal, its how we do our RP, accidents happens, move on and keep a cool head.
"Hey, we gank and kill unarmed ships instead of doing RP, but it was totally an accident, why are you so upset? Keep a cool head. You're being irrational."
Not leadership.
Quote: Jokes aside, its a two side thing in orkney and people piles ıup on people there, its a normal thing. Due to its chaotic natüre i dont bother to balance fights and encourage going full on from both sides actually. Gank or get ganked, its a natural occurance of discovery IMO.
You say this like you're a lion in the wild and you cannot control your instinct to pounce. No, we're nerds sitting at our computers. I expect lolwut indies in fresh Overlords to gank instantly. You are an official faction and you are its leader. You are held to a higher standard as a result. If you act like noob indies and endorse it, that's the reputation your faction will deservedly receive.
Quote: Ypu did not state that in game. So we could not know. We assumed they were outcasts and fired.
Considering the hospital ship had only a few seconds, it makes sense that you didn't get that explanation. But that's what hospital ships do, you're meant to assume that.
You're smart people. You're not drooling fools who need everything explained to you. "Oh I didn't know other civilians could be on a hospital ship" that's BS, man, and I'm not talking about caps.
Quote:That fort albi business was a cluster**** and we had no intention to be at 1k to it.
What? Nobody held a gun to your head and forced you to camp outside of Albi (Multiple times if memory serves me correctly).
Quote:thought you would fire at once, and fired before you could fire.
You must make an RP declaration before attack. Even if it puts you at a disadvantage, the onus is on you as the official faction with all the pretty caps to set the pace, show good behavior, and roleplay your combat.
Quote:I apologize for that but you have to understand we had no intention of being oh-so-cruel-gankers-that-wants-ez-blues. At least not to that extent. It was a cluster****.
Another non-apology. Not really concerned if it's your intention or not, just don't do it. Like, your actual life isn't on the line in these battles. You aren't a cornered detective sweating over whether to shoot first and save your life. You get to respawn.
Quote: Next time you will get absolute quality RP, i will be sure to give you the taste of quality you so strive for *evil laugh*
Yet again deflecting responsibility for a situation that's an easy "sorry, shouldn't have done that, fly with us again soon and we'll do it right!"
I may write harshly, but I actually do like =CR= because of general professionalism and good experiences I've had in the past. You even let me pass to my fleet once before a battle! You've got the potential to do a lot of good with the hand you've been given and the active playerbase you are fortunate to have.
But, a leader should be taking responsibility and setting the pace. Otherwise you're abdicating your real responsibilities in place of just being the head honcho of a gang of dreadnoughts and crap.
You have points in this wall of text of your suppy. We do our best and we want to get treated like a quality official faction indeed. I will only comment on the fort albi thing. We were approaching on a samura ship and passing fort albi. However then you guys undocked when we was at 1k. And i roleplayed it before firing(cant speak for others as i was busy firing). I got ambushed like that on jumpgates and places like that by GRN before so i thought you would jump on us again and we fired first. I can provide logs if you want.
I forgot to mention it, just because I don't really understand. Perfectly fine to kill Outcasts on sight and think they're subhuman (their faction lore is super bleak)!
