72nd guys despise cardamine and see the doings of their nations as sins. They use it out of necessity, just like our cardamine dependant personnel. The whole "not caring about outcast lives" does not apply to them.

They are not aggressiv? How could an unarmed Hospital ship being aggressiv?.
I play Maltese aswell and mostly in the Taus against Gallia, but sorry you - and here I mean just you - are treating us even worse than s***. I am not a firend of captrue screen and post it here, but everytimes I am figthing Royal Navy and Crayterians join the battle the perfer shout *us* instead of the people, who destroyed there home in Tau-44. I know there is a stupid war between Malta and Yuma, but you even kill us when we are killing your most hated enemies? The 72th are not like all Maltese, but not all Maltese are pirating asses. The Council is able to see the differents; why could you not?
I can just remember two times where Crayterian did not just fire. Once when I asked if they could need help at a figth for Tau-44 and second when I blocked the Jump Gate to Leeds (from Tau-31) for Gallic players. Non Gallic players, even IMG and GMG were allowed to pass. That times the CM just told me to stop that and 'escorded' me to Omicron Tau. After that they went offline and the Gate was free for gallics again. Well I respect they did not just fire (like on the hospital ship), but there was no logical reason to do that.
The war with the Outcasts is going ever since the CR settled in the Taus. As the CRs origin lies within a UN mission to space, there is a very strong dislike for slavery and the overall way the Outcast society works. The 72th is a bit different, which is why they were granted a chance.
As the CR-OC war is going on for many years now, the destruction of every potentially war critical ship (yes, this also includes unarmed battleships, if you are a hospital then use something else) has a rather high priority. That this individual situation could have been handled betters is correct, but the outcome would not have changed much (except if the person in question would have surrendered the ship to the CR and the people on board would have been freed/held as hostages depending on where they came from, which is rather tricky from both a gameplay and a RP-perspective and usually not possible within the frames we have to work with).
In the eyes of the CR there is no real difference on whom we hate more. The war against the Outcasts is running longer and the reasons are still there, while the war against Gallia was shorter but caused us more losses, which have particulary been undone by now. Though if we were to chose whom to kill first, then slavers might usually be the first ones to die.

Well, seems you havent realized it yet.... Isnt an unarmed Hospital, is an unarmed BATTLESHIP.
You drive that into Rheinland, pray for RM dont see it, else you will get shot down on sight.
Want RP an hospital? Buy a Renzu Liner, name it accordingly, behave like that and be happy (cant promise would leave alive w OC id but...). While you driving enemy capital ships trough our systems, you will get slapped 100% of the times. Now for Krist sake stop this qq.

I did not expect this from the =CR=.
If you continue this way, I will behave as well.
You know, I will not joke ( those who know can recall the New Year holidays in Kansas ).
Uhm... I fail to see anything approximating an "Eath this"
As far as I witnessed - the engagement notice has been delivered quite verbosely and from multiple ships involved, even as per the screenshot supplied.
I must say though, I enjoyed this recent battle against the dead hand a lot more than the one before. Cheers.
