The special restrictions when siting installations near to operational warships are not enshrined in law under the Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law, subsection Chapter 5 - Base Construction and Zoning. We do however reserve the right to deny applications that do not fit in with our applications guidelines, these guidelines are not published and are only available after a freedom of information request and an administration fee of 1,000,000 SC.
However, should you choose to continue with construction we have outlined some possible resolutions to your location needs.
Option 1: To place the installation above the Ross Planetoid - Installation to be situated ONLY in the upper orbit of the Ross Planetoid, installation will not be permitted to advance beyond a core 3 modular station and/or construct weapons platforms
Option 2: To place the installation between the Cardiff Mining Facility/Omega-3 gate lanes - Installation not to hinder traffic moving between the lanes, installation will not be permitted to construct weapons platforms
Option 3: To place the installation between the Cardiff Mining Facility/Planet Cambridge lanes - Installation not to hinder traffic moving between the lanes, installation will not be permitted to construct weapons platforms
Feel free to contact us if there is anything else we can help you with.

After discussing it with the team that will be in charge of station operations, we've decided that Site 2 perfectly suits our needs. The station will be placed in such a way as to not impede existing traffic. Construction will commence immediately upon the satisfactory resolution of the sector-wide strike by the Interstellar Brotherhood of Dish Washers, Ventriloquists, and Base Construction Workers. Your assistance in this matter is most appreciated.

It has been noted today on a routine patrol of the Cambridge system that construction on your installation has now started. It is also noted that your base application was not completed as your final payment of 300,000,000 SC has not been received by HM Government. While we are sure this is merely an oversight i must remind you that failure to follow correct licensing procedure may result in your licence application being denied.
Please forward the outstanding balance to:
QCG|HMS-Victory, QCG|HMS-Endeavour or QCG|HMS-Majesty
alternatively, if this balance has already been paid, please post proof of payment here.

Greetings,
On behalf of the Oxford Institute, me and my colleagues would like to know if the planned location is available for the construction of a modular base, this will be the first space station of our institution, a very important step, and so our patrons would like to make sure that the Institute has green light to start the project before proceeding to the credits transfer.
Affiliation: Cryer Pharmaceuticals Base Name: Oxford Research Station Planned Location: Outside Cambridge Restriction Zone - NavMap Reason for Construction: Further research of our medical project classified for now as Sigma Technology, we want to study it's effects in a zero gravity environment and how it supports the effects of radiation from a nearby star.

Seeing as your Communication was not Requesting anything, it was placed in a none important queue. We are afraid that Bureaucracy tends to be like that in all walks of life and something that we have to deal with on a daily basis.
If you require a quicker response to your Request, we suggest that you thoroughly make sure that you have read and fully understood the Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law, Chapter 5 - Base Construction and Zoning.
Once the correct procedure has been followed, then we can get the ball rolling.
Feel free to contact us if there is anything else we can help you with.
