I will have to agree with some of the concerns Chiper raised here. Shooting Outcast players in Phi seems a bit over the top considering the fact that a few outcast toys are only sold in Phi, like the Ranseur for example. If you go about shooting your indies (of which I am sure quite a few don't read the forums) you are going to create a bad name for yourself and will create a lot of tension between yourself and your respective indies, possibly even preventing them from playing outcasts because they cant get the things they want without you spoiling their day by blowing em up.
I can understand shooting non-Outcasts in Phi, but would keep it to shooting non-Outcasts only, and not your own indies and stuff.
Also, I am not sure if the ruling regarding this changed, but I recall reading when the SciData commodity was introduced, that trying to have it get included into either your laws or ID lines could get your reprimanded by the staff in some bad ways due to its value and restricted means of gaining it. I would advice scrapping that line from your ID as it would also cause some bad blood between you and other players.
Other than that the writeup looks interesting and I wish you good luck on your officialdom request.
This Galaxy is vast; its wonders and beauty are almost unfathomable. But the galaxy also hides dark secrets, some of which have lain dormant since the beginning of time itself. There is a danger in secrets, both in seeking and in knowing. Some things are meant to be hidden from view. Some mysteries defy understanding, and sometimes even the things we think we know are untrue. Some secrets should remain untouched.

Here's the thing. Our faction is already well aware of who Medusa Gorgon is inRP. And she was told to piss off after some ample disrespect to one of the administrators. We do not shoot people coming to buy capitals, and should you be doing that, you should use a shuttle. Not come into the system with a code gun mounted Sabre. It was very obvious the intentions were not to buy a capital. Bastia sells ships you can buy on pretty much all other outcast stations.
Our intention is not to grief the playerbase. We simply responded inRP to an inRP situation. If you fly around on a ship above the safe level, you are subject to inRP interactions.
We appreciate the feedback on the ID lines, and thank you for your warm wishes on the officialdom request.

I was leaving out that first line because it came near instantly with the cruise disruptor.
And that I am not roleplaying with you is giving you what right now for shooting down an Outcasts in Outcasts space?

Are you telling me that you are okay with me flying around shooting IRMM on sight now and should you ever gaining, which I am hoping is never happening, official status, that you then are not using your faction rights because you like getting shot by other Outcasts?
I am really at a loss of words with you and this group.
Well let's see, sorry for the late reply, windows forced an update on me so now I'm responding from my phone. It would not be an issue if you went around shooting us on sight, as you are entirely within your right to do so as long as your ID allows it.
Now in regards to the FR5, let me explain my view on that. FR5 at least to me is a heavily ooRP endorsed action, at least in my personal opinion, and should be reserved for groups.
Even if we wanted to screech and FR5 every indie who shot us, do you know how tedious and pointless it is to do something like that? Something that can be fixed with a simple rename? Not to mention that's just another useless thing on the staff's already stacked to do list, it is unbelievably disrespectful to bother such a small and busy staff with something that stupid.
FR5 is a pretty disgusting action when you think about it, you almost entirely end anything that player or group of players can roleplay with the faction involved in the action.
So what exactly is your point here? Cause I'm running out of ways to explain this to you.

You are thinking that it is fine shooting Outcasts who are only flying around in Outcasts space and minding their own stuff.

Didn't you try incite a revolution against Malta on that character not too long ago? Kinda makes sense why they might be ya know Hostile

We've been trying to do this with you for over a month and you keep not only running away from us but when we log, you (or someone else) at least on two occasions logged CR Thames.
Our interaction with your faction has been unpleasant as you're avoiding direct confrontation without Gauls around.

I attribute that to a disinterest in ganks. I won't ever complain about being outskilled, as my current situation means that it will happen, but straight up piledriving your victory with sheer numbers is not how we roll.
Most of my interactions with IRMM have been in the form of OC renditions of the 2017 Liberty Navy indie parade. Up your quality, not your quantity. That kind of stuff.
You've been asked over PM that if you're willing to take up a 1v1, probably twice. You answered something along the lines of "yes, maybe" yet instead of pming us about this offer you nearly always bailed out.
Yet we never complained about this reality in your feedback and hoped you'd perhaps respond to the offer.
