the BC should have a full fire arc if it has no thruster since if it cant move as fast as the other BCs and crusiers, it should be able to shoot anywere. also makes it more powerful. but that would make its disadvantage of not having a thruster to having to fire anywere compared to the thruster class ships.(but it should have a thruster in my case, All BCs should have thrusters and full firing arc)
