Since the addition of new stations to the mod it seems this feature has been overlooked, and there exist a number of bars who's rumours are totally inappropriate.
If it is possible to change the rumours in all the bars, I would be happy to volunteer to try and get the Station Bar rumours up to date. I have a fair bit of free time on my hands at the moment.
I would be glad if someone cleans up those rumors.:)
I like the bar very much for them, and so it is very disapointing, when they don't match the location.
The same is true not only for the stations, but also for the added battleships.

Oh, and feel free to comment on them. As it stands now, it's not looking likely that those rumors are going to make it into the mod without community support. I'd hate to think we did all that work for nothing.
I would love to see similar work done for the other new stations, too. It would make the mod feel more finished.
Problem is that most newly created bases use pregenerated NPCs so, you can find wierd people in wierd places, and they would have rumors native to from where they were plucked out.
I have recently taken it upon myself to try getting rumours sorted out for bases that don't match their locations etc. If anyone wants to help with this (as some of you clearly do), help would be appreciated. Especially needed is a knowledge of how to actually edit the .ini files etc to take some of the workload off Igiss and other developers. I will be having a look through it myself, but if someone wants to take the time to compile a list of stations whose bar NPC rumours/facts don't match the station/location, then that too would be helpful.

I would love to work on the rumors for bases, as part of the economic change...write up some rumors to key people into the profitable RP routes we are creating.
Hmm, i'm not sure about how to fix bribes etc. But currently the entire Newcastle and Munich systems lack bribes for all the bases in each, and probably the bars/NPCs need fixing also.
