Sinon Yuki's house
Sinon Yuki has also almost finished her curry and she took a sip of her sake. ''Don't worry, Minato. If you are to drunk to use your ship, you can always sleep here.'' However, she wanted to try to dig a bit more. She wanted to know the details. ''I know I can be boring but... why you don't tell me the details? I've been in the navy and now I am in the Shimamori-clan. There's plenty secrets I can keep, Minato.'' She smiled to Minato trying to encourage him.
Minato had almost finished his curry as well. He was beginning to wonder why Sinon was so curious about that. It was not anything for him to tell, after all. "Sorry, but I can't say anything about it. I have been sworn to secrecy, and to tell would mean, well, lets not go there." Minato hoped this would satisfy her, because he really could not keep this up for much longer. Minato took another sip of the sake. "That still doesn't answer my question about the sake. I really shouldn't have too much, especially if it is strong."

As he hopped, Sinon gave up. But she was upset that he does not want to share the info to her. She sighed. ''Fine... keep your secret with you... baka...'' She almost laughed but tried to be serious though.
''The sake isn't strong, Minato. You can have your mind in peace.'' She chuckled and looked at Minato. ''If I put aside your stubborness to hide your secret, you are a good guy.''
Minato smiled. "Well thank you, I didn't want to be stubborn but, you know..." He took another sip of sake. Minato wasn't sure what to say. "And you are a good person too, Sinon." It was a good intention, but it still sounded a bit awkward.

The kusarian ended her curry and took some sips of the sake within her glasse. She lost her words but she did not know what else to say or what to do. In any case, it began to be a bit awkward. It was now 21:00 it's been a hour that Minato was here. Time flown fast.
''So... Why did you want to be a police officer instead staying on Junyo like you told me?'' It was the best thing she has found to break the silence.
"Ah, this one I can say without worrying about... Well... Anyways." Minato waved his hand, he decided not to bring that topic back up. "There were a few main reasons, I wanted to be a police to begin with, the island was, well, boring." He scratched his neck. "And, a remote detonation took out a chunk of the island. We don't know who did it, if the people who did didn't do it in our work hours, we might have died. Some unlucky ones got injured for life. As well, the attack destroyed most of our profits, and the business shrank down. That's when I left the island. The year after that, I would be of age to sign up for the force." Minato could've explained it in less time, but the point was clear.

Sinon listened to him. She looked to his gestures and could see he was a bit on his guards. ''I see... And since you signed, you have the chimaera and the gunboat haunted by an AI, am I right?'' She poured more sake in her glass and in Minato's. ''In my case, when I was in Liberty, I wanted to join the Navy because I wanted to know what my father has lived. I liked to be in the navy but today... It's different. I found my father. I met Shimamori and you... Plus I have a house here...'' While she was saying this, she seemed to be in her thoughts.
Minato thought about what she said as he watched her pour more sake into his glass. "Haunted..." He thought. "Now that was a way to put it." What scared him was how accurate that was."Well, I wouldn't say "haunted", but yes, it is secondarily controlled by whatever AI Kishiro put in there." Minato saw her get lost in her thoughts, and he smiled."Already sleepy?" Then Minato continued on."How and why did you leave liberty, anyways?"
Sinon Yuki's house ''No. I am not sleepy. It's just that I now realize that my life has changed a lot....'' She took a break by taking some sips of sake, walked toward the window at her left and looked and the stars. ''As I told you before, I once been in the navy. In the forty-sixth fleet of Liberty. I reached lieutenant-commander and almost commander back then but... When it was time to go in Kepler for a special mission, I led the group. It went well until we returned, I began to be... someone else...'' It was a dark part of her life so she looked at Minato and found the courage to continue. ''I began to shoot every single rogue that I met. I laughed a lot. You know, when you are insane? Well it was a laugh like this. I opened fire on my superior and they putted me into isolation. I was... crazy.''
Some minutes have passed and she continued. ''A doctor came to heal me. She was lucky that I was tied... Her medecines worked because I am now here. Of course, when I was normal, I needed to take pills to avoid any problem during duty but I had enough. I resigned and left for Kusari. I found my father... Well... it's him who found me. Anyway. You know the story.''
"Oh wow." Minato had heard pieces of the story before, but not the whole thing. Leiutenant commander! That was a high position! Minato came beside her at the window. I'm sorry to hear that." It was quite the story. Though a dark though crossed his mind; what if when she left Liberty, she didn't have any pills to go with her? What if it could happen again? Minato quickly dismissed the thought and felt terrible for even thinking such a thing. "You know, I've always wondered what it would be like to live there. Liberty, that is." He ran a hand through his hair. "At least the GC aren't there. Now that, that would be something amazing..."
