I would like to know if you have had any progress with chartering possible safe harbors for me and my vessel in Rheinland and the Omegas.
On a side note - I am not entirely sure how familiar you are with the current situation in Pennsylvania, but I would recommend avoiding pirate activities against Zoners while in there. You could easily draw too much attention to yourself unnecessarily.

Sorry for the late reply. We're busy getting our ships refitted with some new hardware - there wasn't much time to go sightseeing between that and work.
Your concern for the Zoners is touching. We're not in the habit of robbing them - they're more useful as friends than prey. But I'm not sure it's even worth getting involved with the Erie folks. Like you said, unwanted attention. We did take advantage of the crackdown in Pennsylvania to sneak contraband into Liberty for some quick credits while the Navy wasn't looking, though.
Regardless, I'm forwarding you the data from a recon flight around the Omegas and Rheinland - hope you find it helpful. And I hope I don't come to regret this later.
For a high-profile Outcast, finding a safe harbor in the Omegas or Rheinland is a task and a half. There are good reasons they don't get down here much.
I'll give you a brief overview of potential spots. None of them are perfect.
To start, there's Freeport 5 - a miserable little radiation-blasted rock in Omega-41. It's small. It's far away from everything that matters. And it's right on Corsairs' doorstep - they sometimes hang out on it. It's close to Malta though - you can get to it from Omicron Theta.
Omega-55 is, again, basically next door to Crete. But there's a Core base there. Maybe they'll let your ship moor since you're on speaking terms. Failing that - there's also a Junker station.
Next, there's Omega-48. It's quite a party - Bretonians, Mollys, Hessians, Corsairs, Coalition, Core... You could try Lanzarote Station - it's out of the way, it's got basic amenities. Won't hide you forever, but enough to conduct a meeting. Alternatively, Grand Vista Orbital in orbit of Planet Gran Canaria is much nicer - assuming the owners let you in.
There's Freeport 1 in Omega-3. It's a large station, but it's near the border with Bretonia. The BAF watch it like hawks and they don't have a history of respecting the NFZ. Also, it's right by the main trade route between Bretonia and Rheinland. There's a lot of traffic there. It's not exactly what you're looking for, but it could be useful for someone looking to blend in.
Ithaca in Omega-7 works for us well enough. The crowd can be rowdy and you have to know your way around the nebula to find it, but I'm sure a bit of orange fog is no biggie for an Outcast. As a bonus, you can stumble into a Rheinland border patrol and give them a heart attack. But it's an option, I guess.
In Rheinland itself, there's not much. Hamburg is Unioner Central. Stuttgart has Farmers Alliance. Dresden has Red Hessians. None of those would be welcoming. Thuringia is full of government spooks and is generally creepy. Munich is, well, the Corsairs basically consider it theirs, much as we would like to change that. Frankfurt has a Bundschuh presence - I hear they're not big fans of yours.
That leaves New Berlin - if you can sneak in undetected, there's a depot in Ruhrfeld run by the Junkers. It's a navigational hazard on the best of days, and the station's too small to hide a cruiser. But it is there for a quick stop. Just stay away from any trade lane junctions - if you're spotted by the taxmen, you'll be swarmed in minutes.
Oh yeah, almost forgot. There's an independent research base in Cologne by the name of Heisenberg. It's kind of out of the way, and they don't ask questions. It's not exactly safe or easy to get to. Cologne is another contested system, and you never know who'll try to mess with you there - we've even seen Technocrats visit.
That about covers it. You know, is Freeport 8 really that much worse for your purposes than any of these places? Guess that's for you to decide.

Only time will reveal the true value of these sanctuaries in Omega and Rheinland for my purposes. It is highly probable that I may never require their refuge, yet I prefer to have them securely stored within my ship's navigation computer, prepared for unforeseen circumstances.
