Admin Notice: Lost Characters or Accounts?

Reason for Restoration: Just disappeared all of a sudden with all the modules, guns, etc. The entire account is empty. I had some chars in a Transfer zone till the day before yesterday and all good, I don't know why those are gone. It were stash characters in Connecticut.

Reason for Restoration: I've lost my old backups, they were on my old external hard drive and it is no longer working.
I realize that this is a tall request, but some of these ships really have some sentimental value for them,
I was quite devastated when I found out the backups were gone. So I figured, might as well try.
