This is a good idea
and make a docking place directly outside the JH in
Absolutely agreed

"One way jumpholes, no place to dock. Simple solution that works."
That means if you go to Connecticut - you have to blow yourself up to get out.
Actually, that is a good idea. Or only one base for admins - hostile for everyone - so they can beam in.
One more thing - could we make Connecticut NOT appear on the universe map? The lines from various systems to Conn would really mess it up.
But it has a drawback, actually. you have no base to respawn at if you want to. That means all the jumpholes to connecticut have to be near another base. Shouldn't be that big of a drawback.
I read the thread before and until a few days, i prefered the one way jumphole solution. But here are more questions:
If we make a PvP system, easy to reach for every faction, does not matter whether which kind (one way JHs or not), i am sure, we lost 5% to 20% of the players there. We want that? An OoRP - Area on a RP server?
If we have ~150 players online, whats the sense, when 25 of them are in Conneticut? I want to see the players in "Real Space", not in a system, that is OoRP.
And for testing setup, it shouldnt be that hard, to find someone and go 20k away from any base to do it

I'd suggest an IW like Kelper, Gallieo, Bering, Hudson, Magellan or Cortez. All of those systems are pretty much neutral. Personally I'd suggest putting it in Bering or Hudson, that way Rhienland won't have to fly through Liberty to get there, and the outcasts and corsairs are pretty close too. Only Gallia would have a long flight to reach there, really.
However I still stand that we should not waste time on conneticut. This is an RP server, and there is no reason to make non-rp PVP easier for everyone. The time would be better spent developing the RP aspects of the game.
Also a good idea. We'd need to put the JHs in the Independent System that's most used.
I personally use Kepler more than Galileo; Magellan more than Cortez, and Bering more than Hudson.
And for convenience, One in Omicron Theta and one in Omega 3.
A way a lone a last a loved a long the riverrun, past Eve and Adam's, from swerve of shore to bend of bay,
brings us by a commodius vicus of recirculation back to Howth Castle and Environs.
Hribek raises a valid point. We could place a base next to each outside jump hole (the ones that lead into Connecticut) which is identical to the neutral bases inside, so that we could use the one-way jump holes and still be able to re-enter more easily.
