No it's not, I can go on the wiki and change that right now, as many people can. The Wiki is not lore, it's not nessearly based on ingame infomation, it's based on what the person writing it thinks. It could have been anyone who wrote that, it very easily could have been someone who knows nothing about the corsairs. If it's not in a ingame rumor or infocard, and it's not written by the faction, it shouldnt be in the wiki.
This rant isn't even about civilian weapons, but debilitators exclusively. Why? Because they're fast guns and relatively decent guns. Flashpoints and purple goddesses are crap, so you don't bring them up, right ? The Corsairs have already four types of shieldbusters, they have one of the biggest ****ing shipline in the mod, and you are complaining about not having access to a bunch of civilian gimmicks? Let the corporations use those, assume your role and fly a Corsair ship with uber Corsair guns.

Your speed debs are crap compared to corsair pulses. Why? Complience with speed, are more efficient, has bigger DPS.
I doubt if anyone would actually use them even if they were be allowed. But thats just strange that everyones has and corsairs don't. For what reason?
Anyone want reason to have them - becouse we can have them. We should be able to have them. Thats enought of a reason. Corsairs can have their hands on them. There is no magical barrier or curse on debs which shocks the corsair if he touches those guns.

If you are talking about the debs they are used by Colonials and IMG very much.It is an essential part of their weaponry.Between there is always good to have options of weapons where can you choose from,but the sairs already HAVE many options! No need for them to use civilian weaponry or shipline!
They have one of the most powerful technology in this game!

So why not remove the Civilian ship and weapon line to anyone that has thier own shipline or weapons line?
