Rogues, Hackers, Outcasts, Corsairs should beat hell out of them. But they just unite like big bros and kill lawfuls.
What would happen if Houses unite to kill all pirates ?

The Buccaneers totally do this. Of course, we're an organized pirate gang, we just happen to use Freelancer tags, since nothing else fits.

What about lawfull taged and ID freelancers, should they be allowed to kill these renegades, after all they tarnish the good name of the Freelancers and are full green with them, I think so.

There is no good name of the Freelancers. It isn't a faction. It's an umbrella term for someone who doesn't work for anyone.
I still think it is dirty. I too have been flying around, assumed it safe, and got shot at. I even saw a rogue and a pirate with the freelancer tag once and assumed that the freelancer was underfire. I moved in to help only to be put in a two on one situation.
Independent pirates are not a problem, but they either need to go no iff or there needs to be a new independent pirate group. The term freelancer implies at least semi-lawful as stated in the freelancer id. If you are pirating someone you need to show up hostile to most lawful factions.
