Other than being an enlongated box it doesn't really fit into Freelancer, and the design itself is far too basic in terms of shape and detail to be interesting. Sorry.
I dont play as OCs, but I can share my thoughts.
As Stefz said, Outcasts should have agile ships that will be good for survival, because every OC life is sacred and they cant loose so many as Corsairs that have millions of pirates and many ships for them
About design... Sabre is too big ship with too small hit-box (maybe now no however, cause I heard of sabre-nerf) make a mix of Titan-Sabre. something like Titan with BW engines, long Sabre nose, smaller wings, BW textures and something else that can be of use. that will be Hispanic and similar to players as well

Only the PvP whores would keep sabre. Besides, it is not as OP anymore. My Outcast would dump sabre in a second for a truely Outcast ship. And most should, as an Outcast would favor their own ships over someone elses.
Fly the best for PvP is the mentality screwing Disco right now IMO. Pick a bloody NPC faction, and use their ships. PERIOD!!!
OC shipline? I belive it should like a mix of Borderwords ships with CR.
black/dark hull (so they are less visible in open space) maybe with orange addons.
witch shorter 'noses' and more square wings and same time more 'solid' build.
As for the models - I don't think the wing shape/placement fits, but that's just my personal opinion. This looks like a mashup of Kusari and Gallic tech, whereas the Outcasts would have no means of seeing either of those houses before the ship was completed.
I would suggest to base the snubline off the Outcast flagship - the Trident. I know, it is based on the Sabre, but creating a similarly shaped smaller vessel would probably fit more. Again - just my opinion.
