While assisting recently promoted Lt. Takaji Kimura acquiring his new ship we assisted at a remarkable show of a Kusari State Police Battleship callled K.N.S._Tone scanning traders, giving permissions and likely to persue pirates in Honshu System.

As all Kusari Warriors and foreign guest surely know, it is from long time the Emperor sent a public dispatch to warn that no Battleships are allowed in Kusari space, unless approved by the KNF High Command.

When asked to identify himself with Kusari communications personal ID he replyed with an invalid one.
His speaks are words of a pirate, maybe one of those who cracked our communications yesterday, not of a Kusari honorable warrior that serve the will of the Emperor.

He is hereby decleared Kill on Sight and is to be dealt with all the firepower we have!

at the behest of Ubeyashi, I spoke with this interloper today. Not only is he adamant about his "right" to police Kusari in a Battleship; but he also informed me that he has switched his ID from KSP to KNF, and will continue his arrogant and unsporting ways thoughout Kusari, even at the risk of earning your disfavor and a 'KoS' designation.

I am sorry. I tried. After listening to a tirade against KNF "idiots" and "jerks", and even having my sexuality questioned, I washed my hands of the matter.

Several KNF gunboats and destroyers will probably serve to clean up his rather soiled behavior as well.

I'm now removing KNS_Tone from KoS.
We are not responsible for his behavior nor his actions in Kusari, he is not one of our warriors.

The Imperial Council have also made available to me their last dispatch about weaponry.
Now all honorable warriors may mount 4 salvaged weapons of any kind as a trophy, with the exception of enemy weaponry for hardware incompatibility.

I have also spoke with K.N.S_Tone; at first he seemed freindly, but as I questioned what
the KNS tag to his name meant (to which he replied he was a independent Kusari police
officer, with every right to enforce Kusari law) he started to rant about the moral
standards of the KNF, calling us power hungry and the such. When he questioned our
authority over him I simpily said that we are the true enforcers of Kusari's law as apointed by
the Emperor.

((I was talking to him in a different character seeing the KNS tag. I was wondering if he was
ripping off the KNF or just had a similar name. To make a long story short he ranted about the
KNF and once he discovered my KNF ties refused to talk to me... Said he was busy. Strange really))

recently, we had communicated about my request for a kusari gunboat on behalf of the gaian cause. I received consent to purchase one, and it was announced that it was connected to strict terms of condition. - however, i never received those terms of condition.
in an efford to do the right thing, we staged a fake theft so the kusari would never be blamed to sell the gaians high tech equipment and i dismounted all weapons including the kusari gunboat foreward cannon and replaced them with gaian and civilian counterparts.
the ship was used against traders supporting BMM and Bowex aswell as Planetform so far. By doing that - the bretonian economy should be crippled and many traders were asked to fly different routes that would not support the bretonian goverment. furthermore, i did anti-bretonian propaganda in Tau-31, trying to talk traders from trading with harris ( planetform ) and the highly doubious captain of the battleship Mcduff, or shall i call it - the ghostship, as there have been countless deaths on that ship.

recently i had to switch back to an eagle again, cause too many people were asking questions about a gaian in a kusari gunboat. to spare the KNF from justifying a loss of a gunboat, - i ll lay low in a civilian fighter for a while. but the idea of the gunboat is not dead.

to that day, i still wish for clear instructions about the terms of condition for the gunboat. something that i can refer to officially. so maybe a KNF official of sufficient rank may replay to that.

I have some complaint as there is more and more case when I facing owerpowered enemy forces.
If I could have a proposal Sensei, our instant objective should be to recruit more and more personel to our fleet, and to persuade our actual members to be on duty more.

Usually on those time intervall, when we, the new members (Takeru san, Arthad san and I) are on duty (and its a very busy time of the daytime), there is no other KNF fleet member online, and we (usually alone, because we are not on duty at same days mostly) must face against NovaPG members, Xenos, independent pirates, QCP and one other Bretonnian military fleet (I dont remember their Identifier tag exactly, it starts with Q as well, they are a new faction) in Kusari Core systems (!) We dont have any time to stregth our presence at Tau systems (it would be a very exciting event...)

When Dr. Chong was in escaping from Bretonnia, he called an assistance from KNF. I took this assignment, but when I got Tau 31, I confronted nine enemy ship, with only one mercenary assistance, with a Kusari Chimaera. There was two SF fighter, one SF Gunboat, one SF battleship, one NovaPG pirate, one RoS pirate, one Junker, and a Naiheiya Rogue Gunboat. (he is a very dangerous one)

Herewith I submit an application for clearance for the using of Gunboats beside our fighters for Takeru and I, for the efficient handling the outnumbered enemy of our Glorious Emperor.

Because I came from a wealthy family, therefore I do not claim the five million dollar for joining the Kusari Naval Forces. It will be in better destination in the hand of a new recruitment of KNF.
