Hold on, hold on. If this is to be removed, cloaks would become more OP. For me, cloaking IS a game exploit in each way.
Uh no, cloaks are a part of space sci-fi lore and have been for decades, and aren't just some cheat idea gamers came up with. Its not cheating at life if someone develops technology that gives an advantage like that. Which is why instead I support adding some kind of counter measure for balance instead of the chat change for the very same reason. If anything, the necessity for RP before attacking someone is OP by that standard, since its not very realistic is it? Who would announce themselves before attacking if they didn't have to? As long as folks follow their ID's, cloaks should be able to be used to their fullest ability.
