this. I know by lore that Barrier Gate is owned by a rich independant man but this necessarily cannot be upholded by the rules, what is it that you'll bring to the community? what new aspects are we to expect?
Firstly, and perhaps we should have said this in the faction info, we will not be Role Playing the specific owner of Barrier Gate, as we internally view said person as an 'Admin Character' if that makes sense. We are playing the Security and Administration team, not the actual owners of the station. That wasn't your question though, and I apologize for rambling on that point.
As for what we'll bring, we're eager to provide an area for expanded role play between the Crayter Republic, Freelancers and Unlawfuls alike around Barrier Station.
Primarily, I will admit, we're interested in Role Playing the tension hinted at within Barrier Gate's infocard, we believe it could be a great source of both Role Play and activity in regards to how the Diplomacy is Handled.
Barrier Gate's position as a hub of mixed activity (lore wise) puts it into the perfect position for all kinds of RP, and that's exactly what we aim to provide.
There are plenty of Freelancer ID'd factions out there, we're confident we can provide something more though!
Thank you for your criticism and your support with it, it means a lot to us.
