How is this kind of RP allowed?

There's already factions that are playing on it, some characters more than others, I saw 5th writing a hit order on Nicole and that is lovely to see. That's proper RP etiquette. Boost others RP, play along, be a good influence on others. The best thing when it comes to RP is that others play along with you, despite the RP, as long as it's not metagaming. I can't think of the term for it, but it's when one person plays off of something your characters says, making the roleplay extend and letting both parties create a story that brings fun to both.
I know that it may not be so common in this community, I felt it the last time I tried to start and RP, the other half gave no chance and ignored my RP.
Now, -if- this character doesn't have the roleplay to back this all up, then I would agree with you, but as far as I could tell they would, please correct me if I am wrong.

We're supposed to be playing a Roleplaying community, interacting with each other and having a good time, that's the whole point of roleplaying.
