In accordance with the Executive order, we are standardising internal protocols. None of the long meaningless noble titles of the past are to be used by the Gallic Navy, Gendarmerie or Security Bureau personnel, doing so is considered a serious breach of conduct.
In regards to the officers who come from noble descent and have been serving the Gallic Navy for years now honourably - I have filed a formal plea for an amendment to the executive order. You have all actively abandoned the sickly ineffective Royalist ideology, have embraced the Gallic Union and have built up influence based on your merit, by serving the Union through your actions in the military. You are an indispensable part of our structures, and I will shield you to the best of my ability.
The former nobles who have failed to enlist are not even citizens and should have long rotten in prison camps. But they are nothing like you - decorated and valued officers who have embraced our military society with it's order, strength and corruption-free ideology. I want to make that clear.
