As you've probably heard, we like folks who've been around the block for a bit. But I should remind you that if you were to accept our offer, you'd need to pay attention to your image and how it reflects on this here company. While appreciate your attitude towards problems, a lot of folks prefer things by the book, since that keeps us and the shareholders safe in their investments. All that to say that you best pay close attention to your orientation manuals, and start gettin' used to this way of don' it out there.

If you'll be workin' primarily out of Pittsburgh, I'm sure we'll have a chance to meet. However, I'd highly recommend a newer posting after you get settled in - the up-and-comin' Hinsdale office. It looks like the suits are finally finished figurin' stuff out regardin' our claim, and I'm sure many folks won't like their- that is to say -our statement. So a gal of your experience would come in real handy out there. Just somethin' to think about as you work through your orientation.

Meanwhile, get acclaimed with our databases and keep an eye out for any logistical ops. There's always stuff movin' around, and you'll have a chance to get into the swing of it right away. I look forward to hearin' good things about you in the monthly reports!
