If I knew what your goals were I might help. But your posts are inconsistent and insulting and not in the least informative. Plus they paint you as the innocent victim of some kind of violation the likes of which the world has never seen the likes of which. You came back willingly to a fight near a faction base and the entrance to a Guard system. What did you expect? For Estal to roll over and say "Nova me here, boys. I like it in the belly"?
I did "heared" of fair-play. It generally goes something like this... you win the fight, the fight was fair. You lose the fight, the fight was unfair. The biggest proponents of "fairplay" seem to be people in Outcast ships whose roleplay extends as far as picking a fight. They are prompted to complain about fairplay when they experience that rarest of rare things: losing a fight. Must be awful to zip around in something like a Sabre and encounter someone who has the gall to not face you in a ship that gives you an easy kill. Or, heaven forbid, encounter a group of people who fight together. You should know...there are others who do this. They are called factions. I even know some of the people in them (like the Red Hessians or the Corsair factions). They actually fight in numbers as well. It's a disgrace, don't you think? These groups of people outmanouvering each other and amassing fleets designed to deal with specific threats? It wil end in tears.
The "fairplay demands" range from whining about people using the environment for cover to people trading regens to people using CD's. And the mentality that goes with it ruins this game and these forums. You're symptomatic of a illness in Discovery, the cure for which is generally to continue doing what I do and ignore your childish whinging because outer space is a bad place full of naughty people who are mean.
Estal's love for his cruiser will be his own undoing. The capital ships are pretty poor...even two bombers could destroy it. Unless he had an escort. Which he did.
Incidentally, we dont have ranks. We have members and a few leaders. People can fly what they want.
