From what I gleaned from talking to people there were two Outcast bombers in Omega 15 who said they were on their way to Omega 56, our guard system.
You mention problems with a player who changed ships (not a faction member) and one in a laggy gunship (also not a faction member). I will disregard these. I don't control every player in Omega 15.
Aside from that, your chief grievance seems to be that
a) Estal's roleplay isn't up to your standards
I can't say anything on this as you don't say what it was that he actually did or said.
b) BHG ships turned up and chased you out of Omega 15
I have little sympathy for you on this one. Having had our share of imbeciles camping our base, we don't generally facilitate people who turn up there looking for an easy kill. What did you expect? You could roam in, pick off a few people and float home?
c) We didn't give a fair fight
By which you mean you didn't win. You win some, you lose some. You chose to put yourself in that position.
