Greetings Mr Howe.

I am Councillor Zhane of the Virulian enclave, a member of the Zoner Alliance.

The Enclave where at the "Freeport incident" as well, and we fired upon the 'Dunkirk's' that had gathered there.. As member of the Zoner Alliance we felt it was our duty to defend our fellow friends of the Zoners and the Freeport itself.

While the underlying reasons behind the entire situation is now at light for all to see, we of the Enclave regret our involvement in said incident.

We wish to make this clear to the Kingdom of Bretonia..

The Virulian Enclave wishes no hostilities between our two groups and we regret the fact that our Cruiser opened fire upon your vessels, we off the Leadership within the Enclave, wishes to know if there is anything we can do to repay the Bretonian Military and nation for what our ship was involved with.
