He started, but not knowing how to continue, as it was something he had been trying to push out of center of his mind since it happened, he had to pause for a moment to pick the right words to continue his sentence with.

Looking at the shogun, and finding him silent, he knew he'll have enough chance to explain everything to the shogun without being interrupted, so he continued.
"Two months ago, when I was here requesting the Katana, I mentioned a Chrysanthemums girl..."
And going silent as the thoughts rushed into his head, he forced himself to concentrate on the conversation and said,
"I believe knowing the results of those scans, and if I tell you -I- was the one who gave those scans to the Chrysanthemums elder, you can find out enough about the girl I mentioned that day..."
