I think that a form of loose schedule will help us know when staffmembers do not want to be bothered with (community)work, and I think that it may be beneficial to them. Else, they are supposed to be open to requests 24/7 (but I've seen staff lash out against friends for bugging them when they don't want to be bugged with stuff).
If staff dosent want to be bothered, they dont respond, trust me. lol
