Vitamin C, you can't get enough.
Vitamin D supplements (10,000-20,000 IU a day, take with a dose of vitamin K if possible)
(Optional) NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) 1000mg a day, take on empty stomach with plenty of water and wait before food. Might upset your stomach, take 500mg once a day instead if this happens.
