Any anime haters?

I have a small curiosity, maybe the resident ...ajem!! anime lovers can answer me, why almost all caracters (i've seen exceptions) has no japanese facial traits? thats something that always found curious how most characters looks like mediterranean/caucasic/slavic

It depends on what style do you think. Try Crying Freeman, which employs a semi-but-more-realistic style. The so-called "Anime" style with big eyes is because of the... Disney and Japanese were interested by Mickey Mouse's style.

well also followed the manga Berserk, but that doesn't count, almos all characters are meant to be sort of europeans (damn you Miura, whe will you finish the story???)

and for style i can say you here you can find almost everything if you know where to look or who to ask for
