And the whole argument about the Osiris is totally irrelevant since LD is a way better ship then Ossie.

In case of the Osiris, it's not a matter of the ability to understand and maintain the technology, but more of a matter of availability. You claim Liberty still has the blueprints of said ship, and even though I remember otherwise I dont feel like arguing with that part. So for the sake of argument let's say Liberty still has access to the original blueprints of the prototype Osiris which was stolen by the Order and upgraded multiple times in the past two decades. Now let me ask you one thing: How would simply having the blueprints allow such an open use to grant an open cell to that ship? Can you just jump on the blueprints and undock from a station? Or do you simply walk up to Evora, knock on the door, and order a pack of Ossies2Go™?
You neither have the roleplay to support any further study of Liberty factions on said blueprints, nor have any extensive RP centering around how would you get one from the Order, now that you don't build them yourself. So, care to explain how and why do you need that cell? Sure, if you had done a good amount of roleplay regarding remake of a few "prototype" Osirises by LSF and upgrading the design to more or less the same level as the Osiris used by Order today, then why not, you would've received an Osiris cell along with Order and Corsairs, but the way things are right now, the only thing you can do is try and come up with an argument a tad more solid than "We planned it, we made one of it, and so should have an unlimited access to it just because." if you want an Osiris on your ID.
Plus, I don't see what's the problem with having to SRP a ship which you can't normally get. If you can't bother doing the required amount of roleplay to actually justify the big bad Ossie you so want to fly, you may as well be better off sticking to a Lib dread.
I don't want Lib Dread, all its good for is PvP. And for SRPing, yes, thats what my friend and I are working on. We don't know if it will go threw, we hope it will, but if it doesn't, its kinda like this: " Its 4.87, you have 10%, you can't RP anymore, so go buy Lib Dread and be PvP all day everyday forget about RP ".

Where the heck did you pull that out of?
Liberty, whether they have the Osiris plans or not, is likely not interested in constructing a bunch of 20-year-old light stealth battleships. It would be poor RP to assume otherwise. The Osiris you know and love is the Order's Osiris, not the LSF's.
I'm pretty sure all the LSF people involved with the Osiris in the first place got nomm'd anyways.

Agreed. And the amount of RP needed to create that "LSF build new prototypes based on current Osiris order" would be more efficiently used on a SRP request (specially given we don't have BS access on our ID's).
For curiosity's sake, what about the Corsairs and their updated Osiris plans, Aer?

If you mean the "Sair-ified" Ossie model by Curios, it was submitted way past the deadline for initial release, so it'll be reviewed for one of the early updates and implemented with the rest of "late" ships if it manages to pass the quality check and whatnot.

Osiris - Order have very few left. Not given away.
Resheph - ultra-efficient e-war/recon warship designed by Order, for Order. Too valuable to give away. Shrinked/heavily modified Spyglass. Obtained from Hellfire Legion.
Geb - Osiris frame modified beyond recognition. Put simmilar situation as for Osiris here, Zoners have no use for assault carrier.
Hathor - obtainable by other ID's because Order *can* afford it. Order's development of Zoner GB evolution.
Whatever you can say, Order will not share a cap cell with "foreign" indie ID's to prevent riddiculous situation where anyone can grab part of Order fleet without RP and be able to use it in combat. If you are oblivious to reasons, look above and combine it with Nomads culling good chunk of our fleet on Toledo.
