Prevention of POB Construction and Sieges

Not sure if relevant, but;

Doe Industries is a C5 base that is sitting on ~95% health and has been for the last 4 years. It consumes no FWO but will consume repair commodities however will not repair. In the past have tried dumping g 100k RA and even 20k of RH. Perhaps an answer might lie within this discrepancy?

my Quad has one base that is using the wear tear at a different rate then the other some times it will not use anything and then other times it use at the regular rate it seem to be the one that is has the core being upgraded the Main station.


P.S. edit: with the building halted does that mean the core upgrades are halted ? or will that continue as normal

I think he's refering to the fact that some bases dont suffer wear&tear damage atm because it was shut off when russia banned certain IP ranges or something.

It appears that bases built after the russia ban suffer w&t, but those built before the ban dont need any reinforced alloy at the moment.

By enabled, do you mean in regards to being siege-able/constructible? Or, is the Russia IP issue also resolved now, as well?
