How do we tell when it has enough parts delivered?

You will get the message if you delivered last batch. If your shipment is after last batch, you won't get the bonus and will get a message of other sorts. Or the event will be disabled and you won't get message after buying Parts on Pueblo.

It is quite a while since any sort of prizes have been given for events

Not that it makes much difference because I will still be doing the event

Opinion: the wording on the delivery notification may need to be changed so shmucks (like me) don't think that their delivery is the final.

Confirmed that mine was not the last delivery by making another delivery.
