There's a line we have to draw to making this game more realistic.
I don't like the idea because on one hand you're toying with something that has a big sacrifice, and on the other hand, you just respawn.

Personally, I agree with Malexa on this one - It wouldn't sit well with me, not to mention anyone whose had loved ones lost in real life suicide bombings.
