"You see what your knowledge tells you you're seeing. ... how, what you think the universe is, and how you react to that in everything you do, depends on what you know. And when that knowledge changes, for you, the universe changes. And that is as true for the whole of society as that is for the individual. We all are what we know, today. What we knew yesterday, was different; and so were we."
- James Burke, The Day the Universe Changed (1985)
Does this count for multiple people?
I had some story idea in mind that this might push me into creating, but counting the words for the effort of everyone for one story rather than the other way around.
All the new participants have been added to the roster. Good hunting, ladies and gents.
Regarding multiple people collaborating on one story - I'm quite happy to count it, and track the word count accordingly; however, it's up to mwerte as to whether he would like to offer the equivalent reward for collaborative stories.
On a more personal note, my own participation'll be a bit more subdued over the next few days. I won't bore you all with the details, but I've recently received some unfortunate news at work, and I'll have a bit on my plate over the next few days figuring out what to do next. Nonetheless, I'll be checking in to keep counts updated, and getting back on board just as soon as possible.
Wanted to make a good long epic to cap off my exploits series. I've been writing in it for a year now and I will probably end that series with that. After this I'll start a new fresh line for 'further' exploits of Captain Antares. This story is not based on any events, its just a fictional scenario, and I know some numbers are a little different than in game, which were changed for plausibility. Also my knowledge of lore might not be spotless, so bare with me
