Well, just letting you know there's some fresh blood in the house.;)
As for the latter, part of your post, that's not for discussion in this thread.:smile2:
I have some more suggestions. Do them if you wish.
(1) Create a section right below the "CURRENT PROJECTS" section titled something like: "PROSPECTIVE PROJECTS". Look at planet infocards and seek out planets (other than the ones under CURRENT PROJECTS) around Sirius and Gallia that mention that terraforming is possible (something for your "scouts" to do. I'm not sure how many there are though). List those under "PROSPECTIVE PROJECTS". You can describe the details.
(2) Now check trade routes using FL Companion and see if any of your favorite commodities (Xenobiotic Filters, Terraforming Gases, Fertilizers, FloraGro, Gaian Wildlife) have a good sale point at a base near each planet. If they do, then you can consider starting new trade routes/supply deals and eventually turning those prospective projects into current projects. If there is NOT a good sale point for your commodities nearby the PROSPECTIVE PROJECTS planets, continue on to (3).
(3)
Lobby for new sale points for your favorite commodities at bases that are nearby terraformable planets. Now is the time to ask since there are frequent updates to the trade prices. You can do so here: http://discoverygc.com/forums/index.php?sh...15126&st=60
Be polite and consolidate your requests into one posting, as to not anger the Black Dragon. Maybe you will get lucky and he will change some prices for you, giving yourself and future Planetform employees more opportunities for stuff to do.
Well Lord Curtis is a Bret aristocrat in the end, but should he try to influence PFI's direction towards his interests at any time, it should be clear that his interests are those of the Bret branch of OS&C and the Leeds system only. He was never much of a Queen dog:P

1 and 2 are already being done behind the scenes. We've scouted several planets already. We were considering 3 for Pittsburgh, too. We'll probably add 1 and 2 publicly to the faction status shortly, however.
Uhm. You guys are going WAY too fast. I'm seeing constant threads about Planetform and such.. this is just getting too much for me to keep up with, and I would think others as well.
If you continue like this here's what's going to happen:
-You will post a lot, be in-game some or a decent amount
-People will be like, "Oh hey it's planetform cool look at all that stuff and activity!"
1 month later:
-"What's Planetform?"
From the looks of it this will be a one-hit-wonder. I seriously suggest taking it slower... Ambition is good, yes, but too much of it equals you being the rabbit losing to the slow and steady tortoise.

On the plus side, my Planetform ship is effectively my only lawful Bretonian character. :)

There does appear to be a plan in place. While I agree there is a lot going on at once, the combination of people seems to ensure that it will smooth out once stuff is going better. So far, the majority of players involved have familiarity with corporations and corporate RP, which I believe will also help.
Anyway, there'll be at least 3 months of stuff as that's the initial projection for just the RP I am working on. :)

Why not? This looks to me as a serious faction attempt, so an unknown guy using an alt account to lead it... leaves a bad taste.

I wouldn't say that it is bad. They just need to maintain motivation. Right now it is applied to forum messages and deals while in the future it could be applied in ingame activity or setting up guides and other faction-based threads. We just usually only see the most noticeable ones.

Argh. I think my statement was taken wrong. Let's drop it, it's not that important afterall.
