What happens now?
Way i see it if GRN are near by the outcasts work with BAF. If no GRN are near by? The outcasts shoots BAF. Thats the way i play my Outcast atleast. After all they see 1 unit of cardi, and they call in an entire fleet yelling drug dealer.

No they dont - Bretonia (recently, I think) de-classed cardamine. You can hold 5 units without breaking any laws - a clear indication that Bretonia isn't all that hostile towards OC. Larger quantities isn't even clear grounds for pewpew, if the BAF / BPA person is somewhat reasonable (it is suggested that cardamine-runners will be told to just head for the Taus and not come back).

And so WHAT, i help Bretonia and gives the GRN a kick other that big ASS that they land on the Eifeltower and fly back to the bar and drink my beer
HAHAHAHA You're so funny my old friend

Well... Since then, i never pirate Bowex/BMM or any Bretonian corporations at all. But why not just for once show the Outcasts' more civilized side, and set a stop for pirating them? I mean, they do get upset, so does the BPA/BAF.
Here you can enter a short message which will be automatically appended to the bottom of your posts.
If an outcast simply flies by a Bret lawful, he ignores him but should be aware of his presence.
The only point in time where the lawful should actively display aggression is when the outcast does something wrong. Other than that, keep the outcast presence in the back of your mind but continue doing what you were doing unless he makes a mistake.

That, and about cardi dealers, they are to be either escorted out of bretonia or escorted to NL to "distribute the drug to licenced companies"
I once had an ooRP chat with one of high ranking 101st, and when I told him there are outcasts that attack BAF, the reply was along the lines of " lol, why would they do that?"
So ryoken, this kind of attitude is as iRP as GRN shooting IMG for "mining at their T23", they don't like each other, but they tolerate each other, at least for now.
In general there seems to be a lot of misconceptions about Outcasts - maybe due to indies and whatnot. We really ought to do a joint effort to correct a few things / "teach" new OC characters.

I think it has been like that for years now apart from a short period that indeed resulted in tensions between both nations. It was a short time event though.

Cardamine has been allowed for personal use (5 units) in bretonia for the past 1 1/2 year atleast.
Iv'e RP'd my OC in bretonia for over 1 year. I can tell you this much, BAF/BPA/Bowex do not mind your presence aslong as its NOT causing them any trouble.
Council will NOT shoot OC aslong as OC keep shooting GRN. Thats as far as the alliance goes.
Bowex-101st deal was something i set up in my time in 101st, they did do some runs, but because a certain individual within the 101st faction had a quarrel with me, indies were told to pewpew them. Thus after being shot down a few times they gave up.

I hammered the final nail into that one when I took over as Bowex DO, a couple of years ago. I doubt we'll be resuming trade flights to Alpha, really. It's not profitable for the most part, and political suicide if we get caught. And there are eyes along the entire route.

it was possible back then, now its impossible.
IF GRN sees you it would be just another tool to fight bretonia with. One that could turn kusari on you once more, not to mention liberty.
