If you want constructive then be original. You only just came back to the community and you are straight back into trying to force a triangle into a square shaped hole. This doesn't fit and never will.

Firstly, I've never played EVE, so I'll figure that I'm missing crucial info that could help me understand the direct port people are raging about. As @Reeves stated, influence is fine. There are dozens of inspired factions, characters and even ships across Disco. Porting..? Not too well received, at least.. from what I've experienced here. Porting just shows an aptitude for laziness and no sense of creativity, something that doesn't really flow well in a universe flowing with creative thinkers, characters and factions on top of all the drama. If you can, spice it up, so that it looks less like a port and more like an actual attempt to create something interesting.
Secondly, the background makes almost little to no sense. The Navy would, realistically, have a battlegroup of warships at Los Angeles, if not for any other reason but simply because of the Yukon. War may have broken out in the south, but Liberty isn't dumb enough to take the hold off of California. If anything, they'd be awaiting some form of surprise attack from other forces, like the Outcasts, Hackers or even the Legion. Plus, I'm certain that if the whole group could 'hyperjump' out and end up in Kansas, there would be a Legion force either in waiting, or ready to head out at a moment's notice.
I'm probably getting way too technical with this, so take some of it with a grain of salt. My lore isn't fully fleshed out, and I'm still grasping the pasts of most of the disco factions, even after my time here. It just goes to show that you can't skimp out on the subtleties of the lore, and just insert a faction into the hell that is the Disco universe.
If you can fix up these little bits, and distance yourself from the ported faction you've brought into Disco, then I'd look forward to seeing you in space.
Until then, however, I'm afraid this may be some of the only 'positive' feedback you'll get. Ta-ta!
P.S.: Also.. 'Bruh' got old like three decades ago, so I'd suggest you stop with it, or at least tad it down a bit, if you want to be taken seriously.
Finally a constructive feedback. So bout the lore ye indeed is fast written but i can make changes here and there bout the ported faction only the logo, name and a little bit of the goons attitude is imported .

Just get the lore fixed, and distance the group away from the ported one you brought in, and I think it'll be square enough for practice.
I'm not against people trying new factions. I prefer it. Variety is what keeps a diverse setting like Sirius running, and 'sameyness' will only leave you forgotten. Granted, that's what most people seem to want this faction to become, but I differ. Again, it may be because of my lack of knowledge, but still, it's good to see people expressing their ideas for new factions to interact with the Sirius Geo-political setting.
Like I said though, this is just me. Others will have different opinions about it, as some always do, but that's just what you get in a community like this.
I wish you the best of luck with the faction, and I hope it ends up being something interesting instead of just another bland slate of piracy ported from another game.
EDIT: Also, just a little add-on note, I'm pretty sure the Xenos hate every pirate faction. They're more oppressed citizens, and don't think too highly of pirate factions. So it'd probably be safe to put them down on a lower rep bar.

Gonna make changes on the lore here and there thx for the feedback bruh.
Goonswarm huh? I guess if the meme team can't get traction on Star Citizen, DIsco is the next best thing.
In all seriousness, don't bring the rubbish level stuff from Eve here, there is no attitude to Goons at all, they're just idiots who enjoy causing crap for no other reason than to mess with everyone and gain attention. There is no point in trying to discuss anything with a self-proclaimed Goon, they'll just keep using the same tired old meme's until you get sick of hearing them (case in point "bruh").
Ignore the entire thing and eventually it'll die off.
@Croft - Another miner who got his a.ss beaten by the goonswarm federation in EVE? Nah no thx
@Spectre - Ok i made some changes on the lore. Constructive feedback only pls
Also, keep in mind, Liberty Rogues do not tolerate independent pirates. Hopefully you are not using a generic Pirate ID. It would be better to roll with something like Liberty Rogues, Outcasts, or Lane Hackers. Having Xenos and Liberty Rogues as Friendly? Won't be too long before you have one or the other hunting you for supporting their enemies.

We are friendly with any criminal/robbing ppl cuz they are too poor/revolutionary/pirate factions except the jellyfish amigos a.k.a nomads they are whatever, until they start attacking us.
Calling every negative feedback not constructive is a good (and inconsiderate) way to dismiss the feedback, but it is bad for your faction, because only negative feedback has the potential to make it better. Positive just confirms that you are on the right way.
I haven't ever played EVE, so I am only going to leave two comments on plagiarism of other people's ideas. Firstly, it would be polite if you stopped doing it. Those people have thought of the idea themselves, and it would be irresponsible to take the ideas without asking the people. That would be stealing.
And secondly, factions that are original, that are your own idea, that are completely the product of your free thinking, are much more interesting than something that already exists somewhere else. Especially if the later version, yours, has been made with less experience. Then it might even become a subject of ridicule because it is not worthy of its role model, which I see has unfortunately already began happening here. My advice: make a new faction. But this one completely your idea. And not related to real life politics or religion, of course. This includes countries, such as, for example, Bulgaria.
Also. You described your faction as highly organized. People who are highly organized are usually smart, and smart people won't ever buy an unworthy copy of something. Simply put, you won't get highly organized people to join you, so what you have said will not be true. It would be smart to be a little more modest when you make a new faction (and you will, because this one will never work, considering all the negative feedback it's received). Meanwhile, it would be beneficial for the faction if you read this.
I hope that my negative feedback won't be disregarded as causeless rant, and that it will instead help.
PS: I invite the Goons to pirate in Bretonia. The BPA) are mostly new people and wouldn't mind easy targets to practice on.

Hold on amigo the whole concept except name and logo is made by me also the term goonfleet is not made by the goons themselves but thats how ppl started calling them. Also whining for import its not a contructive feedback at all but just spam.
