Regretably the inactivity of the GRN in Bretland and Taus has a negative effect on other factions for example the Kusari exiles. With the nearly "non-existant" threat the people lack the motivation and especially the feeling about the whole situation there.

Also in my opinion the enlargement of the house of Gallia wasn't the best idea at all....

One problem is, not only was the GRN created with its own anti-GRN (the Council), an anti-GRN which would probably attract more player interest because it's all Vive La Revolution!, but the GRN were also pitted up against one of the most active House factions in Discovery (the BAF). That fact that they're supposed to be steamrolling the BAF just exacerbates the issue. Maybe there would have been a bit more equality in player activity if they were supposed to be fighting the KNF.

The GRN| was supposed to be the most active faction in .86, however that prediction was wrong. I blame Dab.

Here's a thought.

Why don't you apply and help us get active instead of complaining:rolleyes:

I would've sworn GRN| has a HC :<

Since Dab is busy, they could organise raids |-)

Remember our fallen, we are the Legion.

I always thought that more pew increases the people activity. The GRN has a "pew guarantee" when they log in the Taus and Bretland.
Futhermore there are stationary GRN battleships at every corner, so when it comes to the gank scenario some people mentioned they can simply thrust 20 k to another battleship...
I dont think that they have to fight so many enemies is a serious reason not to log at all...

Well kinda expectable really.
But except of jailing and pissing off the CCCP guys(Council players now?)
and FR5 and pissing off the old GRN Legion(Gallic brigands now) guys you could integrate them in your faction, teaching them how not to be lolwut, but since GRN| kinda don't get faction warnings for inactivity and received official status in 4 days while all other factions need 6 months and some other old story stuff.....
' Wrote:activity_GRN.html 02:33:42
I guess you need to talk with CCCP or recruit more people because 2 hours activity is bad.
GRN| if they were treated fairly like the other factions should loose their Official faction status last year or so.

So long story short- GRN| e-peen is too big to integrate other GRN indies and wannabes- they kinda managed to make everyone hostile to them. Every single one- so it is one of the most failed official factions in Disco really. However I encountered some other faction of new players GLN| or something- may be you could try to speak with them?
BAF- active or not they got like 2-5 people who can PvP, the rest are damn easy to kill, and GRN| have one of the best tech in Sirius, much more supreme the the BAF one.
I kinda approve the situation and am in any strange weird way happy about it.
I knew that the whole Gallia thing will be big mistake, and it is a big mistake.

You have a point Govedo.
With the lack of the official faction in the warzone, some indies doesn't really present the GRN in a good light.

The official faction could show the indies "how it should be done". Some new GRN factions are already popping up in Bretonia/Taus, but I cant really say Im enjoying the roleplay with them (Like this)
I'm looking for the moment I will meet the first GRN| with my exile...

BAF had a lot more people than just 5 who are good in PVP. All others left because people inspired by only PVP forced them to leave. I can show you a very long list of former BAF members which left weeks after some "furballs" or after been hunted to death every time they log in.

You are right Govedo about what you said, but sometimes the problem is NOT on the other side. I dont know why GRN| droped their activity to 0 but probably they have reasons for this. One of which could be the fact they would be swarmed by any kind of official factions and milions of indies desperatly waiting to try their new caps.:)

' Wrote:the official factions could show the indies "how it should be done".

For example we in BAF did that many times for 2 years. QCA was re-opened and trained a lot of good men (check QCA below my sigi), which are now parts of many factions but not in BAF. Reason?? Community BAF haters. Probaby same is for GRN...

Still think GRN should have invaded Kusari.

They'd face almost no resistance.
