Erm... I don't believe that a government would allow a terrorist ( kind of ) organization which has connections with the Corsairs into their chambers. At least not directly. My suggestion would be to not accept Gaians directly, but rather have the Gaians who wish to be a part of parliament create political characters which are sympathetic towards the Gaian cause.
It might seem overly complicated, but it makes a whole lot more sense than having somebody who blows up terraforming platforms and factories sitting next to bounty hunters and all of the Bretonian corporations.

The Green Front (or what is called Green Party in the googledoc) is not a Gaian organization. It's, well, a green party.
Fair enough, but the document which Dab so kindly linked us to states that Gaians are to be given seats directly... which doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

Gaian players representing official and indie interests make political characters, as you recommended, serving as Green Front MP's with Gaian sympathies, if I understand the document correctly.

No it doesn't. Gaians who want to be involved have to make a completely new lawful character, who 'sympathises' with their faction. This means supporting the Green Party, which are lobbied for by the Green Front.
Specifically, this part:
'¢ Your MP character will not be your regular Molly/Gaian character. No exceptions will be made.
'¢ Molly MPs (Molly-Sympathetic MPs) must be part of the Independence Party.
'¢ Gaian MPs (Gaian/Green-Sympathetic MPs) must be part of the Green Party.
